Thanks so much, she is a doll I had tears in my eyes when she was getting all pretty, when I saw that picture on my photopass CD I said that look of hers is priceless. My sons are 18 and 15 they are good boys too, I got blessed with three precious angels. When we go for her birthday in October she doing BBB again she is trying to decide what style to get her hair done on the 5th. We will probably see you there.

HAHA...yeah they are Metllica shorts lol....he loves them....because he had those shorts on is the reason why that guy started talking to us while we were in line so him and Tim hit is off lol. You will love the ride!!

Try it I'm sure it will be fine...I was on the riverside so you may like the french quarter...i think people have to try things for themselves and see if they like it..we did and we didn't like it...the reason why I started that thread was to ask how doing a transfer to another hotel in the middle of your stay works,not to put POR down so by all means go and enjoy your stay!

Lynn, I just read your entire report in one sitting (shh don't tell my boss) Congratulations I have loved your report. all your pictures posted fine until about page 30... from then on I was copying and pasting them into an email to view them... i was determined:) because I wasn't sure if the trouble was on my end or yours. they copied and pasted fine, totally viewable but i don't know if that makes it a photobucket issue or a problem with the browser as I am basically computer illiterate :confused3 ... but I'll continue to copy and paste until you figure it out because they are really beautiful pics and hope you keep them coming... they are worth the extra effort!!! :banana:

And if I may so humbly offer some advice...ditch the thread on the resorts board...you've gotten some really really rude and undeserved posts there. I am quite disgusted by a few actually, and may I add, I am very happy for you that you were able to switch resorts and get to a place that made your honeymoon everything it should have been to begin with.

Ok now I can see them. I was getting nervous. That is one crazy character photo. So lucky you are. Toy Story Mania looks so awesome too. We ate at the Brown Derby too, many years ago (in 2001) and loved it back then. We had my first son who was only 2 at the time. He did pretty well considering how fancy it is. Back then we just walked up to the desk and as to be seated, no ADR's back then. I think we only waited 45 minutes, not too shabby.

I did lol...I checked it a while ago and that's the last time..man if iwould have known all that would have happened I would have never asked the question...i was just trying to get it into peoples heads that I'm not out to bring POR down..that wasn't my point of the thread...I just wanted to know how a transfer worked in the middle of my stay...people then asked why I hated it so I told them. I never even realized Brown Derby was there...it really is a nice restaurant..45 min isn't that bad!

Honestly that pic is so awesome and your idea to make a print and put it on a board to have the characters sign is so great, but I would think to do it justice you would have to have at least a 5x7 print!! You could still keep the area to sign a decent size, but in order to really see the characters I would go a little bigger!!!

I did lol...I checked it a while ago and that's the last time..man if iwould have known all that would have happened I would have never asked the question...i was just trying to get it into peoples heads that I'm not out to bring POR down..that wasn't my point of the thread...I just wanted to know how a transfer worked in the middle of my stay...people then asked why I hated it so I told them. First thing we did was get pictures with our photopass friends...I ran into Theresa,a photopass photographer who took pics of us on our wedding day...we said hi and she took our picture and I told her I need a picture with her because we wouldn't see her the rest of the week.

I met her and her mom and they are the cutest sweetest people ever!!!!!! Laura is adorable and seriously the sweetest girl ever..I kept saying Laura you are just the cutest.She really is a doll. Her and her mom were down for mothers day trip and they were celebrating thier birthdays!!! They were having a great trip!

After splash we went on HM and then I went into the Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe to get a personalized just married ornament and I bought some other mickey and minnie wedding stuff!

I was told that I would be able to pick up my ornament in the afternoon next day. while I was in line buying stuff Tim comes over to me with more more pins he traded with CMs lol!

After the store we walked around and took some pictures near the castle for like the 600th time lol. I can never have enough castle pictures.

And after that I think we left and Tim and I were saying how mch of a great time we were having that we didn't want to leave Tuesday and when we got back to the room we watched WESH news,yes I am a dork and know the name of the local nbc news station channel 2 lol,they said that there was not going to be a drop of humidity for the next couple of days and we said that's it were booking an extra night!

Next up...DTD in the morning and magic kingdom again and MGM extra magic hours and more pixie dust

I'm totally with you...bad customer service can completely ruin the most beautiful of places. Especially at Disney...you pay a fortune to stay there (especially on your WEDDING), so you expect amazing service.

Alrighty I forgot to mention that Sunday morning we were supposed to be up at 9 to do a POLY photo session but we woke up too late so I rescheduled for Monday morning at 9:30.The reason why we woke up late was because our curtains were closed all the way and I had no daylight to wake me up so we over slept.

Monday we got room service again..this time I just ordered french toast,no tonga toast.

We got ready and headed over to the Photopass desk for our appointment. I forget who we had but he was great.The weather was GORGEOUS and up home in NJ they were having like a noreaster so that was another reason for us to book an extra night lol

Here is pics from our photosession. These are my favorites..they took over like 40 pictures...when you do a photo session at a resort you pay the $125.00 right then and there and then you can add all of your pictures from the photopass cards onto that.So what I did was wait to add our park pictures onto the cd on our last day.

The guy gave us a couple free 5x7s because of the shadowing on our faces which was nice of him but Tim likes them lol. We didn't complain about it the guy just felt bad. Oh and tim snuck in wearing the hat lol...while we were in the middle of our shoot I noticed he had it on lol.I said something and he laughed...it's ok the pictures turned out fine.

After that we headed off to DTD! First place we went was the pin store and we spent a stinking fortune lol.We met a nice CM named Ed and he told us about some of the hard to find pins.I picked up a mystery set of the princess' and I got my favotie...Ariel and Cinderella so I bought another bag and got Belle and Snow white so all I needed to find was Aurora so I bought another bag and got another cinderella and belle so I kept them to trade in hopes of finding Aurora after that we went to the World of Disney Store. I bought a lot of picture frames and photo albums some storybook christmas decorations and other things. Tim bought some pins and we traded..he found a pin that I needed,it was one of the pirate cuties. The lady was a lady that we met one night in the store earlier in the week...she had a green laynard and let us trade anyway lol. After that we headed over to the pin store again lol and we saw some CMs in front of the peg board and I ran over there and asked if they were going to open it..they said hold on and asked and they opened it for us YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went first and I found one of the Year of a million tinkerbell pins that I needed...there are four shades of blue..so far I hate the light blue and the one I took of the board was the medium blue...then I noticed the bride from the Haunted Mansion so I took her!!!! I love HM and I love the new scene with the Bride so it was mine lol. It was Tim's turn and I pointed out a pin of donalds foot prints so he took that and he found the sorceror donald from one of the hidden mickey sets that he needed.

We were done with our shopping and I was anxious to go get my ornament so we left and went back to the resort.When I got there I told Tim to call the front desk and see if we can add a night..he called and our room was available for tomorrow so I called Southwest and changed our airline information WOO HOO,added the night and called the magical express to let them know!!!YAY!!!

We hopped on the monorail and went to MK!

I love all the other boards on here and I will continue to post on the resort board lol...wasn't that thread hilarious..I was just getting annoyed and trying to have the people who got upset get the point that I was not posting it to start a debate,i never thought it would lead to what it did and I could have kept my mouth shut but I never can lol..I always have to have the last word.

Don't be scared!!!! The other boards can be helpful...actually I have to go on the resorts board and start a thread about the shampoo and conditioner at the deluxe resorts...girls seriously that shampoo and conditioner works really well....you all know and see how my hair is and if theat stuff worked for me it will work for anybody. Don't bother packing shampoo and conditioner if you stay at a deluxe.

Umm to be honest I don't think so..I know I had to pay for an ugrade in tix because I bought them online and I didn't even care how much it cost..I don't even remember...I think it was an extra 200 somthing.

earlier today I got a message from Disney telling me that they had got my email and they just said how they were glad Sonny did what he did for us and they were haooy we enjoyed our honeymoon and glad that we will be back in the fall and for our anniversary.

They told me that they forwarded my email to the right people to make sure Sonny will be recognized for this. I am so happy,he really is a special CM. I hope to see him in October!

Anyway, the comments were ignorant, the thread was locked, BUT there is still a big thread about it on the camping board. All off topic by now, cuz that's how it is there, but still funny.

We went up closer to the castle to get more pictures and while we were in line I heard my name and I look up and see Laura!!!!!!!!!!AHHH another disbride YAY!!!!! I met her and her mom and they are the cutest sweetest people ever!!!!!! Laura is adorable and seriously the sweetest girl ever..I kept saying Laura you are just the cutest.She really is a doll. When we stayed in the cabins at FW I saw RVs that looked like they could easily cost more than some houses! It was during christmas time and some people even had their "yards" decorated better than any house in my neighborhood!

I love your poly pics! So pretty! My fave one like a few pp is the one with the heart carved into the tree also! The pin store can be a lot of trouble lol. We spent a lot of money there too on our last trip. Did you see any of the big time pin traders outside there? Sometimes they congregate and try to trade with people if someone has a really rare pin. We met a guy at the pin trading station in dec (in epcot) when we were there for Christmas and he had over ten thousand pins and he saw one pin on my lanyard and he KNEW he didn't have it out of more than ten thousand pins. That really freaked me out. He wanted to trade too, but I didn't really find anything in his stash that I had to have. Later in the day we stopped by again and he still had his eye on my pin that he wanted, but alas he never got it. You can learn a lot from those people though. He was very informative and willing to work out any kind of trade possible.:goodvibes

Lynn- Your Poly pictures turned out great. Especially love the one of you two in front of the Grand Floridian. They put me in the mood for summer and am all excited for our trip at the end of August! (still plenty of summer left in Florida then!) Its so cool you were able to stay for an extra day! When we went last year, everything had to be planned down to the minute so we could get back for work and school and stuff. I started packing like 3 weeks before we left lol.

It was sort of a pool hopping thread, about how people from FW crowd the WL pool (which the DISers don't and no one is supposed to). Then there were a couple of remarks about how people should PAY for the amenities they want, and that's when I rallied the campers to defend our honor. See, campers have no choice of value, mod or deluxe. It's the Fort and that's it. But it doesn't mean people there are poor or cheap. Some might be trying to save money with a big family, but mostly they stay there because they love it (and/or have a luxury motorcoach that's better than any hotel room). Anyway, the comments were ignorant, the thread was locked, BUT there is still a big thread about it on the camping board. All off topic by now, cuz that's how it is there, but still funny.

We went up closer to the castle to get more pictures and while we were in line I heard my name and I look up and see Laura!!!!!!!!!!AHHH another disbride YAY!!!!! I met her and her mom and they are the cutest sweetest people ever!!!!!! Laura is adorable and seriously the sweetest girl ever..I kept saying Laura you are just the cutest.She really is a doll. Her and her mom were down for mothers day trip and they were celebrating thier birthdays!!! They were having a great trip!

I love your poly pics! So pretty! My fave one like a few pp is the one with the heart carved into the tree also! The pin store can be a lot of trouble lol. We spent a lot of money there too on our last trip. Did you see any of the big time pin traders outside there? Sometimes they congregate and try to trade with people if someone has a really rare pin. We met a guy at the pin trading station in dec (in epcot) when we were there for Christmas and he had over ten thousand pins and he saw one pin on my lanyard and he KNEW he didn't have it out of more than ten thousand pins. That really freaked me out. He wanted to trade too, but I didn't really find anything in his stash that I had to have. Later in the day we stopped by again and he still had his eye on my pin that he wanted, but alas he never got it. You can learn a lot from those people though. He was very informative and willing to work out any kind of trade possible.:goodvibes

When we stayed in the cabins at FW I saw RVs that looked like they could easily cost more than some houses! It was during christmas time and some people even had their "yards" decorated better than any house in my neighborhood!

I saw that on the Samantha Brown Disney Holiday edition. People decorate like crazy for the holidays over there.... people come from the different resorts to look att he lights and stuff, just like if they were at home. I think it's comforting to have the same holiday traditions at Disney, but my neighborhood sure doesn't look like that either!

Here is the question: Does Disney Weddings notify our resort to let them know that we are wedding guests or was that something I should have let the resort know myself? Also, I sent my wedding coordinator the list of my guests and their resorts, is that list relayed to the resorts so our guests will have rooms close to each other? If you could help me that would be great. I am so excited that it is so close. We leave on Friday, so I will spend my week packing, packing, packing. :bitelip: Fun, fun, fun! You have to visit my planning journal... it is not as amazing as yours, but I worked pretty hard on it.
