I like WLV and my favorite parks to visit during Dec is MK and Epcot.

I think the Osborne lights at DHS are a great holiday treat! I like the VWL, BW and GF for holiday decorations, but BC/YC are great too!

I forgot about the Osborne lights....All the parks are great and worth seeing. You cant go wrong with any of the parks.

You can't go wrong with any resort or park. ALL parks and resorts are decorated beautifully. For a resort, we particularly like VWL.
Things not to miss in the parks:
1) MK Lighting of the castle with icicle lights - magnificent - beyond description
MK Wishes Fireworks display
MK - if time and money permit, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

2) DHS - as other have said the Osborne Lights are well worth seeing
DHS - Gospel Choir - as long as you're there

3) EPCOT - Lighting of the Archway and Christmas Tree
EPCOT - Candlelight Processional - for us, this is a can't miss!
EPCOT - The DVC (if you're members) Merry Member Mixer just outside the International Gateway is GREAT!

There are many others, I'm sure. These are what I'm remembering too close to my bedtime..... Night Night!

The NY and SF areas of DHS are decorated with about 6,000,000 lights. You have to see it to believe it.

Also... see the "ice castle" at MK :)

Do you plan on staying at a DVC resort?

You had better already have your reservation If you are planning on a DVC resort. I hope you aren't planning on the first two weeks of December or during the holidays. There have been many reports of NOTHING available in the first week of December, and little the following week.

I would say VWL and AKV have the best trees and BCV has the best gingerbread architecture. For parks, they are all special, but I really enjoy Epcot and the Osborne family lights in DHS.
