So about 4 years ago, my mom and dad came home with a little brown boy puppy, Clyde. We would have never thought our love would get so big for the one dog. Well it did, and it grew everyday with every hug, kiss, and bark. It was a boxer the first one we ever owned. About 2 months later we got another one, a girl. We named her Stella. And then in February, (I think) we became the proud owners of 3 more, Isabelle first then Sal and Delilah (brother & sister). During the 3 years we had Stella and Clyde they had two litters of puppies, it was sad to see each of the puppies go one by one. But we still has Stella and Clyde to lean on. Well before we got the three puppies, Stella had passed away due to an infection, due to a snake bite. Clyde never acted the same without her, but he was still kind of himself. Well yesterday I went out there to feed the pups and I noticed he didn't walk out and greet me with his daily slobber shower, and big boxer hug. I walked up to him and he seemed very week and just wasn't the normal everyday Clyde we've known for the passed 4 years. He was shaky, and stumbly, and every time i would try and touch his cheek he would move away. I sat with him on the ground for a while, then finally went inside. I knew something was wrong, and he probably wouldn't make it. Well i woke up this morning to my mom telling me, how she and my dad stayed up until 3am with him. Until they finally buried him on the hill in out yard beneath the Dogwood tree. I loved that dog to death, and miss him very much. But I'm so happy he's finally back with Stella in doggy heaven, where he wanted to be all along. :cloud9:
