is there an Avis rental place in WDW (not airport)?

We aren't sure if we should get a car at the airport & keep it for our whole stay, or just get one at the end & drive to the port for our cruise.

It seems like Avis is the easiest rental co. If you are already at wdw with no car, where can you get an avis one from? Thanks!

According to the Avis web site, you can pick up a car at the Hilton near Downtown Disney.
