decided on rph, when and how do i reserve a specific room?

you cannot be guaranteed a specific room. What i do is , specify a floor and you can add certain rooms with a few room numbers and tower. i.e Tower 1, floor 6 rooms say between 20to 28 so room numbers would be 1620 to 1628.
I usually ask for a certain floor and tower ,and specify a pool view as long as i get that i am happy enough.
