I wanted to thank every one who contributes to this board for all the great tips. Our family benefited greatly from them.
I would like to help by sharing some of the tips we benfited from.
They may have already been documented here before, if so, sorry for the duplication.
At DHS, the new Block party parade is just amazing, but not all parade spots are made equal, the parade stops in 2 spots and does a show there, there rest of the parade route, they just zip on by. They stop just before the big hat down the main street (forget the name) and do their first show, then the turn the corner and do the second show there. Any spot in and around the hat is a good one for this parade.
Also, You can get in to the Animation studios without seeing the 8 minute video. To do so, simply go into the gift shop next door and go through it. The benefit is that if you do this during a show, you can meet Mickey inside with little or no crowds. He actually came out of the meet area and came to play with our kids. just awesome.
Also, best tip we took from here, speak to the CM's and ask lots of questions, you get great nuggets of info from them.
