Made my final ARD's today. Everything is now set, all the plans have been made, touring plans have been printed, my excell worksheet has been adapted one last time.
After more than a year of planning our 2 weeks of Disneyfication are now all sorted.
2 more things to do: book our preferred fireworks viewing (freebie we got with booking) and start packing!!! Only a week and a half to go!!!

We've used a combination of
TourGuideMike (brilliant site, sooo much information, you really do need to take your time for it, but well worth it) and
touringplans(dot)com: we used the info from TGM to make some personalised plans with touringplans. Although their normal touring plans are really good too, that's what we used for our previous trip

did you pay for the tourguide mike one?? was it worth it??

Yes, I did pay for it and it was in my opinion money well spent. There are so many articles with little bits of informations that make such a difference. There's also a forum, with info you won't easily find anywhere else.

How did you overcome the problem of only having information availble from TGM about 2 months before you go and sorting out what ADRs to make.
We've looked in to getting TGM but were reluctant because we will want to make our ADRs for February 2009 in August sometime and the infomration for Februaru 2009 won't be availble then.
We have been making provisional plans using the unofficial guide and ridemax, but again ridemax only gives you the information you need about 2 months in advance so we are just best guessing at the minute :scared1:

I think TGM released his information as soon as Disney release theirs, we are going in Feb and have been told we should get info around about Aug. Looking back over the past few months its seems to be updated approx 5 / 6 months in advance.

We use TGM & Unofficial guide (touringplans.com) too. I have an 'excel summary' page which includes ADR numbers etc, and also have a 'rough' touring plan for each park on each day.I find subscribing to both these sites is worth it - I love the planning - keeps me going during winter.:surfweb:
Last thing to book is the horse trail ride, then we're complete too.:cheer2:
Week and a half to go and not started packing:scared1: I've already started, toilitries, sunlotions, watershoes etc!!!

All those things are sorted already, I just need to put them in the suitcases. We spend quite a bit of time at hotels for work, so toiletries are always ready. I do still need to go buy some tea tree oil (the shop were I normally get it closed). All our clothing is ready to go in too, washed and ironed. Don't worry, I've even got a list on my computer of everything that needs packing.

Hiya.
We also have preferred fireworks viewing included within our package but did'nt realise I had to reserve it, just thought it was an area I could gain access to.
Who and when do you make the call for the reservation to be activated as such.
Many Thanks:thumbsup2

a few weeks before you go, they'll send you some vouchers. It has the details on there, you just need to phone them on the number provided.
