While I wish I were an AP holder, I am merely a member of the general public!
Any word on codes for us? We'd like a discount too!!:confused3
Congrats on the great rates I see so many of you receiving!! Just save me 2 rooms at a deluxe in late July!!!:yay: While I don't mind the preferred room I have booked at ASMo, I wouldn't mind "trading up!"

OP here.
Wow. 53 views and no replies. I guess none of us know when the gods of the almighty code will deem us non-AP'ers worthy of a discount.
Guess I'll just check back here daily!!!
Enjoy your planning!

:goodvibes Of course I can't predict what WDW will do this year but just an FYI that last year the only general public codes that included July/Aug were these that came out at the end of June 2007:
For check ins between 7/29/07-9/29/07 room-only discount for general public became available on 6/28/07, exp 7/28/07
For check ins between 7/29/07-9/29/07 package discounts for general public became available on 6/28/07, exp 7/28/07
All the rest were AP or FL Res deals. So you also might want to consider getting an AP (or moving down here in Florida!)
You should keep checking daily as you said in your post, but again, based on last year, you might not see anything for another month.
Good luck and hope you get a great deal! :)

I'm guessing that a lot of people checked your thread hoping that someone had found you a code. When they didn't find one they had nothing to add.
Good luck!! I would LOVE to find one to share with my sister, she's going mid July.

We're going July 24 to Aug 1 and would LOVE some type of general public discounts. I am a card toting member of the 'general public'. :lmao:

Thanks for the historic rate info!
I'll just keep my eyes open for the next month!!!
Wouldn't mind moving to FL. It's hard to justify buying AP's since we live 1000 miles away and gas prices...(well, you know :scared1: )
Maybe some day...

Hoping for a code for our August 6-12th trip! Would love to upgrade to a deluxe resort but without a code, I'll stick to POFQ!

I'm just a "general public" member also. We've been tring to make it back to WDW for 2 years now. Everytime something happens to make us cancel plans. So far so good for this year, but if a code doesn't come out for July 18-27 we'll be staying off site. I'd love to stay onsite because dh will be at a conference for 3 days and I'll be without a car, but we'll have to see what the wallet says without a code. Here's hoping.

I'm hoping for a Disney Visa code or a general public code for Aug 3-10, though historcally the ASMu Family Suites aren't included in the discount, correct?

We're going for 12 days of free dining, but friends of ours are going the first week of August, so I'm watching for a code they can use.

Some pin codes are coming for July and early August.
My mom (who is not an AP holder) just received a pin code. I was able to use her pin codes for three of our Grand Gathering rooms. I previously had an AP discount for all four rooms and was going to buy one AP for each of the other 3 rooms (we already have APs for our room). THe discount was about the same as the AP discount, and I didn't have to upgrade them to APs. So good luck!

Disneymomx7- Can I possibly ask what rates you received for those months? Thanks, Jenn

What is this pin code? How would I know if I recieved one?
I will be in Disney July 20 - 25.

Hi!
OP here!:teacher:
I just went ahead and called WDW directly and asked them if I had a PIN code! After "America" told me no, I called back and "Eden" told me yes!
I typed another post about our deal, but here it is in a nutshell...
Upgraded from ASMo to POFQ for $200 more.
May not be as good as the AP's or FL residents, but hey, it saved me $388 off the non-discounted rate at FQ!!
Call!! Ask!! And if someone tells you no, call back!!
