APH Rate Question

I have been keeping an eye on the rates for our dates in August and can now get an APH rate for our dates but only if I stay for 3 nights - we were only planning on staying for 2.

Is it OK to book the 3 nights to get the rate and then cancel the last night after booking ?

Would I keep the rate ?

When you go to the reservation you made to change it....it will show you new rates so that may change your overall price, and may not give you the same discount. That's what it did with me when I was trying to add a date to my SS rate. I wound up using AAA for a cheaper longer stay. Go figure!
