Are PINs 20% values, 30% mods, 40% deluxe?

I am currently booked at POP in mid-August using a 20% off PIN code. The email stated that it was $82/night in a value or 20% off a value on selected dates. I'm now thinking of upgrading to AKL.

Are the PIN codes typically to be used to receive 20% off on a value, 30% off on a moderate, and 40% off on a deluxe? Or, would I only receive 20% off on anything that I booked?

20% off Value, Mod, or Deluxe. I believe the code is good after August 10. However, rooms are limited at each hotel.

Call and ask what rates you would get with your pin for a deluxe.

I had booked with a pin last week and my rate was $189 a night for AKL (that's more than 20%... about 35%). I rebooked when AP rates came out since it was $179 a night, and I wouldn't have to buy a myw pass to get dining added with AP rates. You would have to buy a myw pass to get dining with a pin code.
