Rum, mint, rum, lime and/or lime juice, a little sugar, rum, and soda water.

Bruise mint (I like mint, so I use about 8 or 9 leaves a glass) and the juice of a half lime in a shaker with a muddle (wooden or plastic stick-like thingy). Pour in a jigger of Bacardi light rum (dark stuff looks/tastes yucky in a moegeetoe) and sugar to taste (I use about a teaspoonful). Add a handful or two of ice and shake well. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top off with soda water and garnish with a couple fresh mint leaves. Enjoy.

Kevin, Oooooh, I so wish I wasn't back in our room packing up for our early flight. Mike and I ate at Brown Derby Wednesday (thanks to your continue support of Brown Derby) and had the Cobb Salad and the Halibut. What can I say, it was a wonderful experience! We shared both the salad and the Halibut AND a bottle of Fairview Primo Pinotage '03 (lovely). We have been coming to WDW since 1988 and had never eaten at Brown Derby, I think we thought it would be 'stuffy' but thanks to your reviews we decided to try it. It's now on our 'have to do as often as possible' list. :)

The CM on the phone told me the only available time was after 7:00pm

Upon arrival, we went to the podioum at the Brown Derby, explained that we were looking to dine earlier and asked politely if that was possible.

We were told to be back any time prior to 5:30 and we could be seated.

It was terrific.

John and Kevin, So glad you had a nice dinner. DS and I really enjoy the cobb salad also. I too was afraid the Brown Derby would be kind of stuffy but it was just the opposite. The waiter made us feel very relaxed and we really enjoyed ourselves.
