I am really looking forward to doing the Art of Entertaining Series while on our cruise. Does this have a high level of attendance? Do they ever close it to further guests? Should I arrive early for this? Thanks for any info! Joan S.:smooth:

at each session. The thing i liked was they gave samples of the drinks, appetizers and desserts, and i wasn't expecting that...

I have attended 4 AoE series and I never saw it too crowded. It is best to arrive early to grap a good seat because there are several columns in the room that can obstruct view.

I recommend getting there 10-15 mins early for your choice of seating. Either sit close on left or right side, or right in the midddle to see the mirror above the chef. Chef Martin was new when I cruised in January, and it took a bit for us all to catch on to his droll British humor. The series is held on at-sea days. The morning sessions are dealing with food recipes. You'll get a sample along with a wine/champagne. Very nice.....I loved it. Be sure to go the 3rd day, you'll get a printout of all the recipes, and we got an invitation to tour the galley, which was interesting. I have since made one of the dishes twice,(a salmon recipe that is out of this world) and it really takes us back to the ship! Wonderful! This was one of the highlights of the cruise for me!
