I can't get into the chat...keeps saying invalid user id or login or something....very frustrating...what am I doing wrong?

I've been trying to get into chat for WEEKS and get the same thing but no one ever answers and gives me any help when I post I can't get in!

Unfortunately there have been problems with adding new users to chat; it is being worked on. Hang in there, hopefully it will be fixed soon. :)

Let us know when we new users can attempt to participate in the chats and what exactly we need to do after we click on the link.

It was very frustrating trying and thinking it was just me. Glad to know it wasn't just me.
