Hi imgoingtodisney
We received our excursion information with out final payment bill about 90 prior to our cruise. I called at 60 days prior and was able to book all the excursions we wanted - there is a toll free number to call. Now there is one less line to wait in upon boarding the ship! On our first cruise I was in the excursion line for well over 30 minutes - torture when you want to be exploring the ship, dining on jumbo shrimp, enjoying a frozen drink etc. ;)

We received a listing in the mail along with directions on how to book them. We waited a few days to decide if we wanted to book the dolphin swim in Nassau and it was sold out. We were able to book directly through dolphinswims.com after several attempts but it would have been easier to have done it through Disney.Good luck and have fun.

Hello,
Does the booking in advance go for all the cruises?
I will be on the 7 day Eastern Magic cruise in July (final payment is due soon!) and would LOVE to book our excursions in advance so it is something we won't have to worry about at that time!
Thanks!

What if cruise is "paid" in points? When can I sign up for the excursions? When do I get the list?

You can also get a listing of the excursions on the DCL web site. That is how I did it and e-mailed my excursion reservations. I had a reply the next afternoon (did it at midnight). Then later I called to make sure they had my reservations. They had all of them no problems. I printed out the e-mails though jsut in case..

This refers to people who booked through the DVC (Disney Vacation Club), Disney's version of a time-share scheme.
