just named president of the Gay and Lesbian medical club on campus! I'm very excited as this year in Florida is pretty big with the ridiculous marriage amendment on the ballot.
And I was named because no one else was running. My gay and lesbian friends know how much I love them and how dear gay rights are to my heart. First there was women's rights, then desegregation, and now it's time for equality for gay rights.
Just wanted to share my good news, looking forward to a good year in office.
