Navigators or Menus

Anyone willing to share copies of their cruise ship Navigators and/or menus? Also looking for a navigator for a 4 year old cruiser

We are travelling on 10/02 on the Wonder for the 4 day with day at sea. I am a plan ahead nut (especially for WDW) so I would like to be armed with all the information possible.
