2Oth Anniversary Plans

My wife and I will be celebrating 20yrs of marriage next winter (been together 25 - highschool sweethearts:lovestruc :lovestruc ) and wanted to do something big. She has always wanted to do an african safari, so we started looking at trips and pricing :eek: :eek: :eek: . Finally we decided that the safari wasnt in the books.

This is where WDW comes in. My wifes favorite park is AKL and the safari, so I am secretly planning a trip for February 7 - 14. Here is where I am at so far;

We will have 8-day parkhopper passes and we will be on the deluxe dining plan.

Saturday night 7th - Tuesday night 10th: AKL standard view. One night we will be doing the Sunset Safari.

Wednesday 11th (Anniversary): A trip to Discovery Cove so she can swim with the dolphins. I have heard this is great.

Also on Wednesday will be trasferring to Concierge level with a savannah view.

Thursday 12th: We are doing the Sunrise Safari.


I still havent decided on all the dinner plans, but I definitely want to do signature dining most nights. We have dined at Narcoose's our last trip and she loved it, so it is in the plans.

I would also like to try Artist Point, but dont know that much about it.

We really love seafood and any suggestions on where to dine would be greatly appreciated.
