I am going to wdw to just relax and go to about two parks and stay at the hotel for two days...... I was wondering how does the mug cost and what does it look like

It is my opinion that you really wouldn't need the refillable mug when staying at Polynesian concierge. They have unlimited cans of soda and bottles of water available during all hours the concierge lounge is open. We loved that feature of Poly concierge!

Hi onthego:
Going to the poly concierge for the first time, do they have coffee/tea or juices all day. Also is there any kind of wine in the evening? Thanks,
Deb.

They do have juices available all day. I can't say for sure if they have coffee/tea because I am one of those rare non-coffee drinkers! Diet Coke is my choice for caffiene! In the evening wine is available as well as cordials with dessert. We stayed at Poly concierge in October and are thrilled to be going back in June.

They have bottled water, cans of soda sitting in ice, and juices and lemonade available most of the day (7a - 11p I observed). I had to ask for coffee at 8pm and it wasn't a problem.
They encouraged us to take drinks with us when we were leaving for the parks. Have a great time, it's beautiful and relaxing there.

It sounds wonderful, we have been to the poly many years ago, but stayed in a building beside the gch.
We are really looking forward to this trip, any tips as far as the food is concerned at the poly concierge. Any favorites etc, what to avoid? Thanks,
Deb.

There is coffee, decaf, hot water with tea bags on one table in silver dispensers. On the other table is the juices in dispensers and there is a tub with ice that they keep the soda, water and sparkling water. They have wine and liquors in the evening.
I tried just about every food they had and I did not find something I did not like. Someone reported the deserts were the same every night but I found that they look the same but are usually different on the inside. During the day they make fresh baked cookies and we had returned late (about 12:30) and we were hungry. We happened to wonder up to the lounge area and Scott had gathered up all the cookies and some other stuff from the day and put it out on the center table. The cookies were still soft and sooooooo good.

In the mornings, I would walk to the lounge and get a couple cups of coffee for DW & I while we got dressed, then we'd fill our own mugs we brought with to carry to the parks in the morning. No problem there.
Enjoy your stay; I'm truly jealous!
