I'am starting my journal so that it could make me accountable on losing the 40lbs. I want to lose by September 3, my birthday.
Today I say enough is enough, and it will get done.
I currently weigh 230 and don't feel like I have enough energy to keep up with my kids. :sad2:

I will make sure to write in the journal at least every week.

Any comments and motivation is always welcomed.:thumbsup2
