Does anyone know if there is a GPS unit available as a combo with Sirius satellite radio?

I saw a GPS on another board that worked with XM radio, but not Sirius.

Would REALLY like one for our upcoming camping season!!

Thanks for any input!!

I have a Garmin Zumo 550 which has a XM Radio option. I've never see a Sirius one and I doubt the merger will make any difference. BTW, to get the XM radio to work with my Zumo, I would have to buy a $250 smart antenna unit :scared1: that is in addition to the $600 for the GPS.

I have never seen the Sirius offered with ANY GPS system. I looked through Crutchfield and couldnt find it either. I have had Sirius for about 1 1/2 yrs now and love it, I have all 3 vehicles wired for it (I just finished Mrs BDD's new car last week)
From what I have heard the merger was approved, nothing has physically happened with the service yet. I would be surprised if any changes come in the near future, I like the radio just the way it is and really dont want any changes to what I have.

I'm on the other side of the merger. I have XM Radio and LOVE it. However, the new truck I want to buy comes with Sirius, so if they don't offer joint programming, will have to order my truck without the satellite and install my own XM. (Which I may do anyway, cause I like to move the unit I have to the camper and sometimes into the house.) (I don't want to lose baseball and Old Time Radio).

I saw a unit available that would allow you to use your dockable radio in a vehicle with a sattelite ready stereo and still be able to use the stereo radio controls (does that make sense?) That way you had the ability to move your sat radio head unit around and still have the convenience of a single radio control in the vehicle. We have 3 vehicles that I wired with docks and I also have a "boom box" this way I only have to maintain 2 subscriptions but I have the Sirius anywhere I want.

I'm like Carol, we have had XM since just after they went on the air. We have four units, two SkiFi2 (one for each auto), Inno (I record news programs all day then play it back at work), and a Roady, which DMIL has. We have a cradle in the motorhome even though in came with a Sirius radio. We used the six months free and then didn't sign up since we have had XM for so long. I also have cradles on both our Harleys.

I just got an e-mail from Crutchfield that showed a Kenwood "GPS receiver" that could be optioned with Sirius. It was DNX8120.
Apparently the answer to the OP original question is YES.
