Hi,
Could sometime tell me approx. what time they hold the Concierge meeting with Cat. 1-3 passengers on the day we board?

It's pretty much all afternoon, from about 1:00 - 4:00. :) You can pop in whenever you'd like.

We were the first to arrive at 12:50 and got EVERYTHING we wanted. Great service!

This is a "must do" for those that have the service! Very easy and convenient. And...most of all...relaxing (good cookies, too).
