ADRs needed for trails end???

We will be at FW for the first time:cheer2: the week of 06/15/08. Do you think ADR will be needed for the Trails End Buffet? If we do go it would be early, about 5, on 1 or maybe 2 of the nights and then back to the parks. There will be 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 young children. If reservations are needed do I need to do it now like with the Hoop D Doo and Chef Mickey's or could they be done in person on the morning of the day that we would be eating there?

If you know the days that you are going to eat there, you are probably much safer making ADRs. I know there have been times when we walked right in, and times where we had to find somewhere else to eat because the 4 kids couldn't wait so long!

Thanks for the help. I'll try to figure out when we will eat there and just make the ADR now.

Always try to make reservations as far out as possible!! Chef Mickey's is so hard to get into the closer you get to the dining date. Reservations are taken 180 days in advance!!

Just had breakfast and lunch at Trail's End, it is a wonderful restaurant!!

I do have the reservations for Chef Mickey's and the Hoop D Doo. I called a while ago and had the choice of what days and times I wanted. I didn't think about Trails End until recently though.
