My family and i went to kitchener today to get our passports. We had to get 2 adult passports, and 2 kids passports. We were in and out in 20 minutes. I was quite happy with that.:cool1:

We did ours last Friday at the Mississauga office. Although the wait was about an hour, I was surprised to receive our passports today (all except 1 which I believe was mailed as well). Very impressive!

I'm assuming this ? was for me? Nothing, but maybe my 2 princesses are really cute?? LOL.

Very impressed here. Infact, the babys pic got rejected, so I left DH at the office, took DD to get new pics, came back and was able to by-pass the line so that they will all be processed together. They told us 2-3 weeks, but it took all of 5 working days.

I was at the Hamilton office today about 8:45am. I got #23 and they were serving #15 when I arrived. I was in and out in about 15 minutes (Had to apply for 3 - 2 kids and myself)

They said they'd mail them back by May 15th!

:cheer2:

I went to the Kitchener passport office as well to apply for my passport last October. I was in and out in 20 mins... quite impressive!

Good Day,

I just had to post here to gloat. I walked into the Gatineau (Hull) Quebec office at 2:15 pm on Monday. There were two employees waiting to review my docs; no wait. Then I went to the next section where there were three folks waiting for customers. This guy did a final review, cancelled my previous passport, accepted my payment and sent me on my way at 2:22pm! And I took a book expecting to spend hours in line.

Then it gets better. The second guy who took my payment said I would get the passport by expresspost in about eight days. Thursday morning the doorbell rang at 9:20 and there was my mailgirl with my new passport. Unbelievable! Service when you least expect it.
