We are going to WDW In August on Free DDP. DH is Diabetic and has recently done very well in sticking to his diet. Just wondering if sugar free desserts are available at TS meals and if so, has anyone tried them? Are they any good?

Le Cellier has an excellent sugar-free citrus mousse (or at least, they used to - hopefully it's still available). Most TS restaurants have something sugar-free to offer, but a lot of them have the same less than stellar brownie and maybe ice cream to go with it.
I know you were asking about TS desserts, but you may also be interested to know that Kringla Bakery in Norway has a really good sugar-free chocolate mousse.

If you call Disney Dining, they can help you out. They'll mark your reservations or put you in touch with the restaurants. I think they ask for 48 hour notice. But many restaurants seem to have sugarfree options these days.
You might try asking on the regular dining board again and leaving out any reference to the DDP. Your question doesn't really have to do with the plan and you might get more help there.
But a big warning....sugarfree doesn't mean carb free. Our son is Type I and we need to count all his carbs so sugarfree doesn't really help us as I never have a clue what's in a such dessert. For us, it helps to be able to get fresh fruit or something that lists carbs.
Have fun!
