We have planned a trip in Oct with friends. We will be using our points for all of us to stay at OKW.

If we want to do a Grand Gathering what is the procedure? Do I call MS or the regular Disney number?

If we do the dining plan can we pay for our family and they pay for their family? We will be arriving the same day, but at different times as we are coming from different states.

Are you staying in one villa? Or do you have multiple villas? Or multiple villas on one reservation? All dining plan costs will have to be paid when you check in. If you have one reservation, all credits will be combined.
