For those of you who have done both the Minnie and the TOT, which time/event is more crowded as far as the parks and resorts are concerned? Thank you.

I've done both, and I don't remember any difference as far as crowds in the the parks are concerned. In May you have the Food and Wine Festival in Epcot, in October you have Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party in MK. Both are cool. This is the last year for Minnie, rumor has it that next year it will be replaced with a Princess themed half marathon. Robert's source said it might be in March. HTH!

I did both last year and I thought it was busier at EPCOT on weekends due to F&W in Oct. Otherwise very similar.

Ok so both are similar as far as crowd levels go??? Next question: How busy is it?

Just my thought. May would be busier because alot of people are getting out of school in May. September/October not so much because schools are just starting back and people don't want to take their kids out at the beginning of the school year. That's why Disney offers the free dining for August and September.

I have never done Minnie but I would think it would be busier in May also, warmer weather, kidlets out of school, etcetera. We did ToT last year and I felt it was about as busy as marathon weekend, maybe slightly more so but not by much. Of course it is cooler at night and that may be the difference. It does not bother us northern souls but the fair weather people would probably rather be there in May!! :beach: vs :cold:
