MNSSHP Ticket Question

I know the dates for the event.
I know they go on sale May 1.

My question is do you buy them on-line or do you call and order them?

If you buy on-line what time do they go on sale?
If you call what number do you call- the general Disney one?

I googled and couldn't really find the answers ...also did a search here and couldn't find anything but discussions on dates/how fun, etc.

Tickets will most likely go on sale at 7 am Eastern time. You should be able to get them by calling 407-WDISNEY.

As I recall, the tickets went on sale over the phone first. The online wasn't till days later.

Yes, it was a little later online last year. I always call on the first. I actually call for anything I am reserving. I just like to know for sure that it is done.

Is it that important to get them immediately after they go on sale? Will I have a hard time getting them if I wait a few days/weeks? We are going for sure on Oct. 2 and I don't mind buying those on Thursday. However, the kids and I possibly going on Sept 23. DSis states she wants to go on Sept 23 but I want to make sure she isn't going to back out of the trip (ie pay her share of the trip) before I buy them for that date.

last year the night we went didn't even sell out so I wouldn't really worry unless you plan to go Halloween night. The tickets were right around $50.

I got them :cheer2: :cheer2: after 40+ minutes on hold for September 23rd...actually drove the kids to school and made it home!

i callled at 7am, sat on hold for 30min. went threw the ordeal,gave them my credit card info and was told to call back later they were updating there system!! i called back at 8:15 and had no problem. i alwas call for everything. dvc res. etc... i like to talk to someone and get a name and conf. number.:thumbsup2
