We visited friends who were staying there last week. I never had such a sense of being "rich" before. They really did a great job with that resort. My only complaint was that the ice cream shop by the pool was way too small. If the other night was an indicator, it would still be packed if it was 4x bigger.

Thanks for this thread! I have never been able to find pictures that gave me any idea of why SAB got so much fuss - having never been there. Now I get it! What a beautiful resort!

Thanks for this thread. We'll have our first stay at Beach Club at the end of May - we lucked into a studio for the weekend as that's when the kids get out of school and wanted one more quick trip before our season tickets black out. I'm thinking now that maybe we'll skip the parks completely and just let the kids hang out at SAB for the days!
