Just wondering if these stateroom credits we are all coveting, can be used toward payment of excursions booked thru the ship, or just purchases on the ship.
Also, could someone explain how the "card" works exactly. Does each adult get their own? Is it basically an extension of your charge card?
Oh, and while I've got you... how many room keys can we get.

(Oh, flashback.. remember the show "The Love Boat"??? Who was slipped more room keys... Gopher, Doc, the bartender who's name I've just spaced... Ted?, the Captain or Julie?) Someone should start a Love Boat trivia thread!

The stateroom credit applies to ANYTHING that is charged to your room, and that includes shore excursions. :)

Everyone in your party gets a Key to the World Card. If you don't want your kids to have charging privileges you can arrange that at check-in...just don't authorize them to have charging privileges. They will still get a a KTTW with their name on it, though. EVERYONE has to have their KTTW when disembarking and returning to the ship, and adults need photo ID as well.

Isaac was the bartender. :D

"Isaac was the bartender. "

MAN! Michelle knows EVERYTHING!!!

Thanks for the info, I think I'll keep an eye out for some card holder lanyards.
Do we have to turn them in intact at the end of the cruise, or are they a souvenier??? Can I punch a hole in it, to better retain it?

The cards are yours to keep, and if you can't find a card holder lanyard in advance they sell some nifty DCL ones in the gift shop Mickey's Mates. They'll be cheaper if you can find them somewhere else though. :)

I have heard of people punching holes in them, but it's better if you just get the kind of plastic card holder lanyard...those work great.

And I think DOC probably got the most room keys, he seemed to be the ship Casanova.... ;) :D
