I have been a long time lurker on here and since I started a PJ on my other site I thought it would be a good idea to start one here too. There are a few details that I will leave out, just to avoid giving too much info away. its really exciting that I actually get to start one. I've been reading everyone elses for a while now, I just hope mine turns out as beautiful as al the other weddings I've seen. A lot of ideas I've gotten from other brides so thank you ladies.

How did you meet: Ummm...I was dating his best friend.:confused3 He showed up one day at my work looking for my then boyfriend. My BF and I had just gotten into a fight because he was cheating on me I was crying as i walked to the bathroom and I ran into sergio, he wiped my tears and told me that he didn't like to see women crying, and that no man was worth it. 4 months later we started dating.

How/when/where did you get engaged: well it was very informal. We already had a civil ceremony a few yrs ago but being from a Catholic family it wasn't "real". We always talked about getting married "for real" and would go out ring shopping, we even went to bridal shows and open houses; We just never knew when it would happen. He decided we would get married in Disney after his first trip to WDW back in October. Then one Saturday we bought the ring and 2 days later we took a carriage ride and he gave me the ring, then went to eat at my absolute favorite restaurant (maggianos).

Us at the restaurant:

**The last few are borrowed from another brides' wedding on here M&M***

These are the 2 i am considering:
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/174604Rowhill_Centrepiece.jpg http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/ScreenShot015.jpg

this is my new idea for the centerpieces:
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Copyofstacy7.jpg

Childrens Table: at the childrens party

I made the vase, myself and after many trials I am happy with this one. I created this as a mock, the finished product will be more tailored. I plan on wrapping the sticks with white ribbon and the rice krispies will be provided by Disney. I tried making them myself but it was a disaster the mickey heads were all deformed. there will only be about 5 kids so i am thinking 10 treats is more than enough. Oh and there will be some feathers in there that I bought from white aisle during their moving sale.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSC01677.jpg

Guest book: the platter comes with a signing scribe that has a diamond point. The website says that you can cook and serve with it and it will not get damaged.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Vic_Round_Guestbook_Platter_SM.jpg

Ring Bearer Pillow: Except the ribbon will be a light blue (My son will be the ring bearer)
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/011887.jpg

My Tiffanys Toasting Flutes: (my ultimate splurge, only because I will probably never use these again...since I don't drink)
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/bridegroomtoastingflutes.jpg

Groomsmen will get these:
**HAD TO REMOVE THESE, DON'T WANT MY BROTHER TO SEE**

My M&M's will be packaged like this: (WE WIL BE USING THESE FOR THE BRIDAL SHOWER)
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Myslipperfavor.jpg

The cake: this may change only because my mother thinks it should not have cinderella or the castle.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/BridgeToHappiness.jpg

This is the new idea for the cake: except it will be light blue instead of grey, ivory instead of white, with gold scrolls and it will be square
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/544.jpg

and lastly a mock up of my invitations:
Welcome party :

First off, I love your story. It's so sweet... not the fact that your ex cheated on you but how he approached you... you know what I mean. ;)

It looks like you did quite a bit of your wedding planning already! Congrats! I love the Mickey Mouse rice krispy treat center pieces. May I "borrow" that idea?

Did you already "book" your date? I'm still waiting for that stupid 1 yr. mark before my chosen date to book it.

Wow, I was just telling vinnie that I would love to have the centerpieces be the mickey rice crispy heads (WE LOVE them and the flip flop ones) but we didnt know how much it would be! we were planning on going to IKEA the two days before to get some vases anyway...

Thank you so much...I think the whole reason I persued a relationship with him after we were formally introduced was because of the way he approached me, I mean to come up to a total stranger and do that. :)

I unfortuantely have not been able to book yet we are 14 months out and anxiously waiting, thats why I haven't done anything where I have to put my date, and I holding off on getting the flutes engraved until then.

Feel free to use any of my ideas, I have borrowed a lot from other brides so I won't mind at all. It looks like you and I are getting married 1 day apart!!!! How exciting!!! Maybe I'll get to see you :) So have you started a PJ? are you going to? (hint, hint)

Thank you so much!!! I love those centerpieces, I went out and bought my own feathers because Disney wanted to charge $90 (6 of them come on 1 stick, but you can take them apart)

I just read your PJ so far! I love all your ideas! You are very creative miss! I vote for cake #2, although both are gorgeous! I loooove your flip-flops!

I have a few questions:
Where did you get your flip-flops?
On your water bottle I ADORE your monogram, how did you make it with the "hidden" mickey?
Last night me and my FI were talking about having mickey head stickers to close the invites, where did you find yours?

Sorry, but thanks for all the info!

HI, the mickey heads on the flip flops are 3 pearls (the head slightly larger). the 3 are glued together and then sewn onto the flip flops.

Where did you get your flip-flops?
On your water bottle I ADORE your monogram, how did you make it with the "hidden" mickey?
Last night me and my FI were talking about having mickey head stickers to close the invites, where did you find yours?

Sorry, but thanks for all the info!

Hi there!! Welcome to my little PJ and Thanks for reading!!!:cutie:

Where did you get your flip-flops?

*the flip flops I bought at Target and the pearls for the mickey head were bought at micheals.

On your water bottle I ADORE your monogram, how did you make it with the "hidden" mickey?

I made the monogram myself, it was pretty easy. I added a mickey head (3 circles overlapped, I colored to match the font), on top of the letter and then grouped everything to save it as a picture. let me know if you need help

Last night me and my FI were talking about having mickey head stickers to close the invites, where did you find yours?

they are actually cardstock I punched out with the large mickey head punch from micheals. then glued half to the envelope and the other half has a little velcro type thingy to open and close the invitations.

HTH... let me know if you guys need anything.

I finally got around to taking a pic of the tiara

http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh29/camara381/DSC01843.jpg

and I am planning on sending out STD magnets and I found these 2 cards to send them out on. I haven't decided which one to use but I am leaning more towards the sparkly one with the flowers.

So I just booked Ana from Beauty Special for my engagement session, a trial run and the wedding day!!!! So excited!!!!

I am having a site visit soon and since it is 1 week before I sign the contract and I put together a list of questions, but am stuck I don't know what else to ask, any ideas:

Need to make sure we are able to see how it will be set up for our evening.
A general overview of our day
A price breakdown (what will I be charged for)
Confirmation that we can have the string trio during Cocktail Hour
Since the CH only last 1 hr and the trio is paid for 3 hrs can they be used @ the offsite ceremony? Extra Fee?
Food restrictions on an outside event? (because of location)
When will save the dates go out?
Is it possible to include our own STD magnets in the mailing?
Do we have to have our full invite list ready to go for STDs
Can they all be sent to me and I send them out?
Can we just get a few extras and send them out ourselves?
Using an outside photog-fees, directions to the back of EPCOT
What if it rains so hard they cancel fireworks what if it rains at all?
What is our backup location?
How will we handle people that are not staying at Disney? (as far as transportation)
If people drive themselves how will they get to the reception? Behind the scenes?
Can dis transportation be used to the ceremony?
if so, is there a limit on distance?
Do they have a layout or floor plan of Italy courtyard so I can start planning tables and such?
Does Disney floral have to be used @ the ceremony? Since it is offsite
If not can floral be brought to the reception?
Cake restrictions? At location?
Timeline? How to best schedule everything, take in consideration ceremony distance and time?
how will we handle illuminations viewing fees for those that have park hopper tickets, regular tickets for that day, or AP’s?
Payment dates
Deposit Amount
What does that go towards?
Do you have the STD in Spanish?
Extra magic hours? Have they been published yet? Is Epcot scheduled for that Saturday?

Thanks!! i was worried that it was a little too tall!!! I can't wait for my site visit, all wedding planning seems to have gone on hold and Site visit planning is taking over!!!! I am one of those Bi-polar freak out at the drop of a hat Brides, The good thing is that Heidi is my SC, so a lot of the other questions I had have already been answered.

So I have been thinking about changing the invitation a little (I already made it bigger) I want to change the G
this is the invitation now:
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSC01406.jpg

And replace it with this one (the new monogram):
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Picture2.png

and I have gone back into "Undecided" mode as far as the centerpieces, here is what I like so far (keep in mind I am not a big flower person)

Thank you! I made that ONE invitation as a mock I will be making the rest, I already have all the materials. I figure about 3 months to do them all :confused3 The cufflinks I bought them at Arribas Bros in Downtown Disney, but you can get them online @ http://www.arribas.com/istar.asp?a=6&id=CA1304!BDA they are $60.

I have been working on this list forever and from the time I posted it till now I have already added a few more questions. :scared: I figure I will put them all together instead of emailing Heidi every 5 mins. (thats what I've been doing) I just know I am driving her nuts.

About the blue flowers that you were wondering about, I think that they are Dendrobium Orchids, although I've never seen them in blue. They are usually white or purple.

SITE VISIT & E-PICS SESSION
The first days were boring and uneventful so I won’t spend too much time on them.
We didn’t arrive to Miami until 2:30 am  (the flight was supposed to leave Houston at 6 it left at 11:30- I hate American Airlines)so we didn't have a chance to pick up the rental car until the following morning. Anyway so we spent all Saturday in Miami with my baby! I was so excited to see him, 4 months was way too long.

We drove to Orlando early Sunday morning and made it there in a record 3 hours! Usually it takes us 5. Apparently we made it to Orlando before Tropical Storm Fay did!! The day was gorgeous.

http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSC02196.jpg
Once I started seeing the Disney signs I went nuts!!!! I was so excited!!!!
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSC02203.jpg
We stayed at the Pop this time, I had never been there and it turned out to be really cute, I loved it. Even though we were early we decided to check in anyway and then walk around the Pop and take some pictures.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSC02228.jpg http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSC02229.jpg
When we checked in the girl gave me these cute “happy anniversary” buttons, http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/buttons-anniversary.gif I explained to her why we were there but she insisted we keep and wear our buttons anyway. So we did. This was cause for a lot of attention!

We hung out in the room for a little while. We had reservations at 1900 Park Fare so after some more pics we headed over to the Grand.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSC02231.jpghttp://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSC02242.jpghttp://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSC02252.jpg

I love 1900 PF. They gave us these cute little place mats with the characters signatures. we took pics with all of them, i had never seen sergio so excited to take pics with the characters. he was having a ball.

Monday – Site Visit Day:
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSCN1247.jpg
We skipped breakfast because we were running really late. We managed to get to Francks 5 mins before our appt. time. When we walked in Heidi was standing at the door waiting for us. I have to say she is AWESOME!!!! So we sat down and started going thru my 8 pages of questions. Heidi was so wonderful she answered all of them and even took notes.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSCN1248.jpg

These are some of the questions I asked Heidi:
A price breakdown (what will I be charged for) EXTRAS / FEES
$300 - to move existing umbrella tables
$2500 – site fee (Italy plaza / Italy west)
will find out if we can combine the minimums of the locations so we don’t have a separate minimum to use the AAR Parlor for the kids.
$250 – venue rental AAR Parlor

Since the CH only last 1 hr and the trio is paid for 3 hrs can they be used @ the offsite ceremony? Extra Fee? They still will only be used for 2 hrs including the ceremonyThere is no extra fee to use the string trio during the ceremony, but it will depend on the ceremony location site and on Disney entertainment. will find out if it is allowed

When will save the dates go out?
They are publishing new save the dates, those will be available in October. Heidi recommended we wait until they come out and she will send us a sample. Said they are to look more like formal invitations instead of brochures.

Is it possible to include our own STD magnets in the mailing?
No need to mail that on your own.

Do we have to have our full invite list ready to go for STDs
No it is preferable that most of the guests are on the list but not all we will get extras in case we need to add people. Guest list needs to be sent out in excel format.

What if it rains so hard they cancel fireworks what if it rains at all? What is our backup location?
It usually does not rain if it does cocktail hour will be moved to and indoor location.
Backup locations are TBD. Other options are Living Seas Salon, Odyssey, maybe China Pavillion.

How will we handle people that are not staying at Disney?
They should park their car at Epcot, and we can have the Bus do a second pickup either at epcot or WP or a resort.

If people drive themselves how will they get to the reception? Behind the scenes?Everyone must be bused in so they can park at epcot before the ceremony, the bus will pick them up then the bus will drive everyone to from the church to epcot backstage.

Can dis transportation be used to the ceremony?
Yes. Mears transportation.

if so, is there a limit on distance?
No there is no limit on distance, if we need more time we can use them.

How will we handle illuminations viewing fees for those that have park hopper tickets, regular tickets for that day, or AP’s?
Either everyone had tickets and we are not charged for anyone or we are charged for all guests.

Payment dates
$2000 deposit/ in check with contract
remaining minimum due – 90 days before event.
$overage due 30 days before
72 hours before must provide final guest count

Deposit Amount
$2000

Do you have the STD in Spanish?
They will translate the STD into Spanish and then send it to me to proof.

(i love her bag!!!)
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSCN1253.jpg
We then headed over to Epcot to look at the locations. I loved driving backstage:
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSCN1280.jpg http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSCN1254.jpg
This is where we will come for our tasting
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSCN1256.jpg

We went to see the:
Grand Summer House - where rehearsal dinner will be
Living Seas Salon - possible rain out location

Think of your guests and there budget - that is what Joe told me. Since people are burden now with so many higher costs everywhere due to fuel increases.

I picked Pop Century and both Port Orleans for my block and I focused on who I knew would come and would stay on property and then added 1-2 extra rooms to cover guests I wasn't sure about.

Good luck - that spread sheet is scary!!

In other news only 2 days until I can officially start my 12 month count down, and only 5 days until I hear from Heidi and get confirmation if we can have our date and location!!!! CAN'T WAIT!!!! crossing my fingers.

 The other day I found these invitations that I thought were gorgeous:
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/ScreenShot046.jpg http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/ScreenShot049.jpg
but if I use these I would have to change my color scheme from blue, white and silver to blue, ivory and gold??:confused3 What do you guys think? Would it be really hard to coordinate blue and gold? I tried searching for ideas but I couldn't find anything...

Your e-pics look amazing so far!! Can't wait to see more!! about the color scheme, you can see on the invites blue and gold go great together!! So I totally think you can do it!! I think most colors look good together as long as you have the correct hue. If you are still unsure about gold what about champagne? I think it's a milder version of gold. Kinda silver and gold mixed you know??

Thanks Linda, I wish I knew who it was so I could get some ideas I am having a really hard time with the colors.

The e-pics are WONDERFUL!!!!

THANK YOU!!!!! I was so worried about the pics, we took them the day Tropical Storm Faye was supposed to hit. It rained the entire time we were taking pictures at the Grand Floridian. After every picture Randy would stop and clean the lens of his camera.

HI VAL!!!! Thank you so much!!!! I went to the fabric store looking for a swatch of champagne fabric and I think it will go really well with the blue. I emailed Heidi to see if they could get some chair sashs in the same color. The gold I saw was to yellow!!! Thanks for the suggestion.

After countless hours glued to my computer I managed to find this pic today, I really like it...

Hope you all are doing well.:cutie:

Thanks for checking on us!!! We got our power back that Sunday. For us things are returning to normal, others here at work still don't have power and may not have it until late next week.

My mother was here this weekend and she really surprised me, my relationship with her is kinda wierd and she is usually full of critisim, knowing this I showed her the E-pics (that I fianlly received from Randy on FRIDAY... 1 1/2 months later) and she actually liked them!!!!! She even asked for some!!!! It was so nice.
Anyway, I received my FINAL contract on Wednesday (after sending it back 3 times with corrections!!!!!) I fedex'd it on Thursday and they received it on Monday. Heidi called yesterday to let me know that they had already processed it, and I would hear from my planner in 7 days. I am supposed to be assigned a planner today but I haven't heard anything yet!!!!!!!!
Can't Wait. My Pre-STD are finally going out this weekend.

I was able to call Rexcraft about the invitations and since I don't want printing I get a discount WOO! HOO!!!!

Love the site - very cool! I definitely want to do a website like yours through Wedding Window - you can really personalize it and make it really special! :goodvibes

For recommendations, I would post links to WDW on Google Maps, Mapquest or Yahoo Maps. That way your guests would be able to put their address (or hotel info) and get directions to the wedding.

I got confused on your reception page - I think there needs to be an AM in there somewhere, but I might just be lost :confused3 Great pictures though!

Congratulations! Love the website, it looks great! The only thing I thought was a bit misleading was the weather under FAQ's. It says that the avg high in September is 72 (or somewhere around there) - wouldn't that be nice! It's more like 92! I live only 2 hours from Orlando, so trust me, I know the miserable summer weather! To be safe I would say upper 80's to low 90's, especially at the beginning of September. The evening should be nice though w/ your reception being at the Italy pavilion on the water. You might want to change the temperature averages, though. :)

Thanks for that, most of the FAQ I copied off of my newsletter so I hadn't noticed I really do wish that was the temp, but alas it is only wishful thinking. I just it is not too hot and humid. I also added a link under the local activities page that shows the weather from the weather channel.

No, no I just worded it like that but the recommendation was made that since the CH is close to the water it may not be a good idea to have kids there, only because of safety issues. You know parents might not be watching them as closely, and some naughty child starts climbing the railings. I re-worded that so it is not misleading!!! Thanks

In other news... what started out as a really crappy day turned into the best. I am currently in Jackson, MS on work and am sick as a dog!!! Fever, everything the whole 9 yards. I got a call from my Planner!!!!!!:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:   :cool1: :cool1:
:woohoo: DOING THE HAPPY DANCE!!!:woohoo:

My planner is Ken. Naturally I missed the call, but he left a nice voicemail introducing himself and his assistant. I haven't heard much about him but deep down I was so glad I got him, I don't work very well with women. I am mostly surrounded by men so I think things will go great, he seemed really nice on the phone. I am so excited!!!!!!!!

I just had my planning session on Monday with Ken he is great and makes you feel very comfortable! I'm sure you will like him. He is great about asking questions to make sure you get what you want.

My planner is Marion - but she had a wedding so he helped out since I was only in town a couple of days.

I am really excited the new Save the Dates are available! I am really excited because with these new ones they are able to put my website information in their, therefore eliminating the need for separate STD's!!!! WOO HOO!:cool1: and they are translating them into spanish for some of my guests. (Well the translating was horrible so my mom corrected it :) )
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Save_the_Date.jpg

I have finished the guest list, my mom is giving it the once over and I will be sending it to them on Monday. We are still debating on the kids party, it will all depend on pricing. I updated pages on my website and a "Florida Resident Page" and a "Tickets" page. Oh we also started our marriage preparation classes last week, and although Sergio didn't want to go at first he really enjoyed taking all the compatibility tests. We still don't have a church in Orlando, one of them is giving us a really hard time they want us to be registered members but they will only give you the registration forms in person, UGH!!!! Why are they so difficult?!?!?!?!? Other than that I have spent most of my time searching for the perfect Bridesmaid dresses and a dress for my mother.

Not much to update. It's been a difficult few weeks Sergio had surgery on the 19th and was discharged on the 23rd. So I've been taking care of him. I have managed to get a lot of stuff done for our planning session trip. I have all the floral ideas, menus picked out

We also selected the tux's for the guys. We are using MW Tux in winter gardens. I spoke to Julie and she was very very helpful, she got everything setup and ready for us. Sergio will have his fitting when we go down there. We were going to do it at the store here , but the were terrible we went in just to pick out our selections and we waited an HOUR before anyone even helped us!
This is what we picked: Sergio will be wearing the vest in a champagane color and all the other guys will be wearing the blue.

We are using MW Tux and I know with them the guys get fitted in their city and then MW will deliver their tux'es to our hotel a few days before the wedding and then pick them back up after. I know with MW since we setup a group each one gets $20 off their rental and with 4 rentals the Grooms tux is free.

So I've been trying to get everything ready for the planning session. It seems the the getting ready for it is harder than planning the wedding.

I haven't been very happy with the cake choices, I have found things from several cakes that I like so I decided to draw up my own. We'll see if they can make it and what the price is :scared1:
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Untitled_2008111811075500.jpg

I've also decided on the food we will taste. t took me literally 3 months to select the food. Now I am awaiting approval from my planner but this is what we decided:

Appetizers
 Mini beef skewers with Chimichurri sauce
 Chicken, Mango, Plantain in wonton cup

Salads
 Tomato and Mozzarella with Balsamic Emulsion and Basil
 Marinated Vine Ripened Tomatoes with Cucumbers and Red Onions
Tossed in an Herb Vinaigrette

Entrees
 Herb Roasted Strip loin of Beef with Béarnaise Sauce
 Mashed Potato martini bar that includes Gold Yukon, Purple Peruvian and Sweet Potatoes.

 Parmesan Crusted chicken with Chardonnay Cream Sauce
 Gnocchi in Vodka Cream Sauce (Gnocchi, is a pasta made from potatoes. It is a very popular dish in Argentina - they actually have a National Gnocchi day that occurs the 21st of every month.)

 Cinderella Slipper (milk chocolate not white)

I am dying to try the slipper!!! and I would like to have it served to a few people, like my mother. We'll see if they let us.

I am also working on T-shirts for the trip. I have one that says bride to be. It will also be my sons birthday while we are there so I am making him a few to wear.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/designs/TINK_BRIDE.jpg

So far our trip looks like this:
W- We arrive this day in the afternoon, so we'll probably hang out or go to
DTD.

TH-We are rentinga car this day. have a 10 am fitting over at MW Tux. We also have to go meet with the priest at the church. We are having lunch at Kona, and then going to HS to see Fantasmic

F- We will be spending the day at Epcot. Dinner will be at Le Cellier.

S-My mom and MOH arrive this day!!! (:cool1: ) We will be at HS and lunch will be at Sci FI. I want to see if I can schedule a Backlot tour for this day, we'll see.

SU-My mom is dying to go to MK so we will spend the day there. Not sure where we will be eating.

M-PS DAY!!!!! Woo Hoo!!!!! We have our meeting with Ken @ Francks from 9-1 and then our menu tasting at the Epcot kitchen from 2-4. Not sure what we will do in the evening maybe hang out at the boardwalk. For sure there will be no dinner. :)

T- is my sons birthday, he's decided wewill spend the day at AK, so naturally we will have lunch at Tusker house.

W-Free day we may revisit one of the parks but we're not sure. Our plane leaves late in the evening.

have everyone fitted in home town, pick up tux in home town, and bring on airplane to FL, then pay $20 to Carolyn Allen's to steam

So you just saved me 80 bucks!

I am so excited!!!!! Only a few more days until we leave for our planning session (and my son’s birthday) I am such a bad mother I am more excited for the Planning Session!!!! So I’ve been trying to get everything ready. It is so much work. We’ve decided to stay at the Pop to save some money you can’t beat $49!!! We spent this weekend making shirts for the trip, I forgot to take pictures and they are already packed…Sorry.

We made reservation with Disney’s Magical Express and we received our luggage tags. This is the first time we fly into Orlando, usually we drive in from Miami.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/Untitled_2009012011033800.jpg

My tote with my 3 inch binder and PS stuff is all ready to go… the bag looks like it’s going to burst. Inside the blue thing are the folders for Ken and Laura, not sure if I should make an extra one just in case. I hope they don’t freak too much when they see my binder or the 8 pages of questions I have for them.

I have to a few things left to do:
Finish packing my stuff (and Sergios)
Make reservations with the Kids Nite Out people
Buy my mom’s plane tickets and make her reservation with DME
Confirm our appointment with MW Tux.
Call the church; make sure someone will be available to see us.

I know I need to update my PJ, but since you're about to go to your planning session I'd figure I would give you some brief details real quick and then do the rest later...

The food tasting was the best part!! They are amazing and the food was soo good. We're having the potato martini bar too!

Everything moves really fast. I came with my huge notebook and by the end realized I wasn't really prepared for everything.

You make a ton of decisions in such a short amount of time. I'm really not sure what are reception even looks like at the moment.

After reading all the beo's on this board, I still wasn't ready for the prices of some things at Disney. Food was fine, but floral was sooo expensive.

Since you are doing a church wedding like us, I suggest doing outside floral for your bouquets and ceremony. For the same thing, we were quoted about 2000 less than Disney.

Most importantly, HAVE FUN! We sat down afterwards and analyzed everything. Remember, that you can always change things so nothing right now is your final decision.

Hope this helps! I'll be waiting for your update!!

Our planning session was on day 6 or our trip. Since we were there 8 days and this is my wedding PJ I am only going to do a TR for the planning session. By now you guys know that Sergio was unable to go with us so it was just my son, my mother and I.

We were scheduled to meet Ken at Franck’s at 9am. I was so nervous about being late that I got up at 5:30 am and we were still late! We got ready and waited for Pamela from Kids Nite out to arrive so we could leave, she showed up around 8:30 am. I ended up changing my bag because all me stuff did not fit.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2299.jpg

Since we didn’t rent a car we decided to go by taxi. It took him almost 30 minutes to get to Franck’s from the Pop. I had to give him directions on how to get there, it was so difficult because I didn’t understand what he was saying and he didn’t understand me…it was definitely a challenge. The day was nasty, dark, cold, and very very rainy. We were a few minutes late but the good thing is Ken was not there yet so we decided to look around and take some pictures. My mom looks like she’s ready for snow! Ha Ha!

We greeted Ken when he arrived and moved into the Merriweather room

And immediately got to work. We went through my 8 pages of questions. I was trying to write everything down so I wouldn’t forget anything. We went through an overview of the day, transportation, mainly all of the logistics. My mom kept interrupting and asking questions and I think this was frustrating Ken a little. She hasn’t really been involved in any of the planning since I started back in January 2008. (Yes a year ago I started planning; I can’t believe it’s been so long.) :P So there were a lot of things she didn’t know or understand. We started talking about rain out locations and he said that they had us down for China! I requested that they change the rain out location because china would clash with our existing color scheme. Ken said he would put in a request but could not guarantee anything. We’ll see. We also discussed the kids party I know I've seen a lot of question on this topic. So I will post the info on this at the end with pictures of the location.

Here we are working away:

Then it was time for the cake tasting!!! YUMMY!!!!! Michael and Ken brought in the tray.

http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSC03449.jpg

The flavors we tried were:
Cake: Almond, Chocolate, Marble, and Yellow
Fillings: Amaretto, White Chocolate, Bavarian Cream, Dark Chocolate, Raspberry Mousse, Baileys, and Tropical Mousse and Butter Cream.

I tried to take notes on everything and try every combination possible.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2321.jpg

We pigged out!!! This is what it looked like after we were done.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSC03453.jpg

Ken advised us that 3 tiers would be enough. He said 4 layers for the amount of people we are estimating would be a waste of food and money; so we nixed the top layer. So there will be 2 blue layers and one white layer. (Here is the cake drawing in case you forgot :)
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Untitled_2008111811075500.jpg

The top layer we will serve to the kids to save some money.Instead of serving them a separate dessert; they will remove the top layer and take it over to the AARP where the kids party will be. The other 2 layers will be served to the guests. Any left over cake will be boxed up and we can take it with us.
We decided on these flavors:
Top layer: Marble Cake with chocolate filling
2nd layer: Chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and fresh strawberries
Bottom layer: Almond cake with Amaretto mousse filling.
Ken also advised us that if we use mousse filling we can only have the cake on display for 45 minutes at an outdoor location. So the cake will be brought out during dinner and we will do the cake cutting and eat it immediately after.

Then it was time for Laura to come, floral is where I did the most damage. I can’t believe I agreed to pay $39 for tablecloths!!! Oh well we’ll see how bad I was when we get the floral BEO. Laura was freaking awesome! She had so many fabulous ideas. We talked about flowers, decorations, linens.
I showed her a sample on our invitation and she tried to match everything to it.

http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2332.jpg
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSC03455.jpg

We decided on satin baby blue tablecloths, ivory chair covers with a satin champagne sash. The napkins will also be in the satin champagne w/ a ribbon and buckle.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSC03454.jpg

My mom is too funny her and Laura started talking about what color my mom should wear. Here she is picking colors. They both decided on a peacock blue with gold and champagne accents.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSC03456.jpg

I requested that they bring the Disney Fairytale wedding cake knife and server set so I could take it with me and have it engraved. Laura had someone bring it over.

http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2622.jpg

We decided that cocktail hour centerpieces would be the cylinders with blue gel and these cute Cinderella coach confetti in gold. The standard linens are black so we kept does because she said light colors would distract from Illuminations.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/47b7d936b3127cce87f22ce9e8950000002.jpg

It was now around 2pm and it was time to head over to the Epcot Kitchen for the food tasting. While Ken brought the car around to the front of Franck’s we walked around with Laura and she showed us all the different things they have available.

camara381
02-07-2009, 04:02 PM
Ken drove us over to the Epcot kitchen. My mom was loving it she had never seen the back area of Epcot. You can see how ugly the day was. I really hope that my wedding day does NOT look like that.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2340.jpg

The kitchen was setup so cute for us!!!! They had columns with flowers and everything. I loved it. Iris the chef even decorated her work area with, everything was just so cute.

http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2350.jpg

We talked to Iris, the chef, and Gus, our server, for a little bit before we got started. I asked about the napkin folds and Gus immediately ran to do then while we waited. We decided on the birds of paradise. That is only if we decide to nix the satin napkins and go with the standard poly-cotton ones.

http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2356.jpg
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2364.jpg
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2363.jpg

Iris was awesome, she took notes of everything I said and if there was something I didn’t like about the food she tried to fix it right away and serve the food again. We were able to try almost everything we requested. I had them serve Ken food as well, I couldn’t stand the idea of him sitting there and watching us stuff our faces. We started out with appetizers.

Beef skewers with Chimichurri sauce. The beef was really good, nice flavor and tender. Since Sergio is from Argentina he’s taught ma all about the perfect Chimichurri. This one had a nice flavor but it needed garlic and lemon juice.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2358.jpg

Next were the wonton cups with chicken, mango and plantain. Neither of us liked this, I thought the wonton cup lacked flavor and I did not like the idea of this being served cold. Iris gave us a few options for different variations and we decided we would have fried tostones with diced chicken and herbs on top served warm.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2359.jpg

We tried 2 different salads:
Tomato, cucumber and onion in a vinaigrette dressing. I really liked this but my mom thought the cucumbers were a little heavy and sure enough later that evening I didn’t feel so hot.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2360.jpg
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2361.jpg

The second salad was cherry tomatoes with mozzarella in a balsamic emulsion served in a martini glass. This was the best!!!! I asked that they put a little more of the balsamic on it. I forgot to take a picture of it. The one below is not from Disney but it is there just so you have an idea of what I am talking about. Theirs looked 10 times better and was garnished elegantly.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/Infused20grape20tomatoes20and20mozz.jpg

The main course:
Herb Roasted Strip loin of Beef with Béarnaise Sauce, mashed potatoes bar served in a martini glass and grilled vegetables. The second picture is all the fixings for the mashed potatoes and the very last one is the béarnaise sauce. They had sharp and white cheddar, sour cream with chives, fried crisp prosciutto for the potatoes. We felt that the meat was a little under cooked for our taste so Iris cooked it a little more. The potatoes were delish!!!! The grilled veggies were super undercooked they were almost raw; she cooked them longer and served them again with the chicken.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2367.jpg
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2366.jpg

Next was the Parmesan crusted chicken with Chardonnay cream sauce, with Gnocchi’s in a vodka cream sauce. The chicken was not what I was expecting or had seen in pictures. It was very thick and not very crispy. It was still amazing; I was convinced it was not breast because it was so moist and juicy. The Gnocchi’s were to die for, the best I have had and we eat them a lot. Back in Argentina they set aside I day a month as national gnocchi day. It’s pretty funny. We decided that gnocchi’s were an acquired taste and a lot of people were not going to like them (my mom doesn’t like them) we would just serve penne instead.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Planning%20Session/day%201/day%206%20PS/DSCN2369.jpg

So the finalized menu is:
Appetizers:
• Mini beef skewers with Chimichurri sauce
• Tostones with chicken, mango and herbs

Salads
• Tomato and Mozzarella with Balsamic Emulsion and Basil

• Chopped Romaine Lettuce served with toppings to include:
Olives, Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Carrot Curls, Croutons, Parmesan & Cheddar Cheeses
Dressings to include Caesar Dressing, Light Zinfandel & Watercress Ranch

Entrées
• Herb Roasted Strip sirloin of Beef with Béarnaise Sauce
Accompanied by Miniature Rolls, Mayonnaise, Horseradish, Mustard & Butter
• Yukon Gold Mash topped with Caramelized Shallot Butter & Blue Cheese Crisp, white and sharp cheddar, sour cream with chives, crisp prosciutto
• Grilled vegetables

• Parmesan Crusted chicken with Chardonnay Cream Sauce
• Penne Pasta in Vodka Cream Sauce

• Sliced Baguette, Focaccia Pepper Breadsticks

Childrens menu. They will also be served buffet.
• Mickey-Roni and Cheese
• Chicken Tenders
• Hamburgers, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickle, Cheese, Rolls, Ketchup, Mayonnaise and Mustard
• Hot Dogs
• Buttered Corn
• French Fries

We took a few pictures with everyone and then Iris brought us a little present. Heart shaped measuring cups.

After the food tasting we went over to see the locations, my mom was concerned that the children’s party was too far of a walk from where the adults were. Although the adults will only be able to communicate with the kids by walking over there, we decided that it was ok. It’s really not that far. We are using Kids nite out. They would go up the cast member elevator.

Welcome back Carolina! :wave2:

Thank you for the awesome pics!! I showed Rob and we've decided we're not eating on the PS day! lol! Actually I think they helped Rob understand what this whole PS is about. You lifted the "veil of mystery" that surrounds it.

I can't wait to see pictures from your wedding. It's going to be beautiful!! :goodvibes Do you know what the deal is with the mousse and the wedding cake 45 minute thing? Just curious!

Thanks Meg, I'm glad I could help. We didn't eat the night before or had breakfast, and I am so glad we didn't. Ken said that there is an ingredient in the mousse that makes it spoil faster than say Bavarian Cream, it it were and indoor event then it could be our longer or even all night but since it is outside the heat will make it spoil faster.

First off I just had to say it's awesome that you have the castle suite on your inspiration board.

Secondly I was looking through your pictures of you tasting and had to laugh when I saw Julian (the Epcot events manager in the background). He was roommates with my DF for a year!

I just ate and now I am hungry again just looking at these pics.

I love the pale blue and champagne. Everything looks lovely!

I have a new dress. I was having doubts about the original one so we started the search all over again and yesterday I found the dress that made me all emotional. So I put down the deposit, it should be in around 4 months maybe 5 because we made a few modifications.

I am not going to put pics up because lots of people on my family lurk on here. I will tell you it's Private label by G satin with embroidered bodice and detachable train!!!!! I am so excited!!!!!!!

Randy called me today :cool1: to let me know the pics would be ready on Monday and Linda would send the CD out then. I begged a pleaded for him to put just a few up he said he wasn't finished with the pictures but he would put a few teasers up for me... I love how they turned out!!!

There are more but these are all I could get for now, when I get more I will post them.

Randy did an awesome slide show of our pictures. http://chapmanphotography.typepad.com/my_weblog/2008/09/index.html

I love your pics!!! Randy did such a great job! My pics kinda had to grow on me, but I really like them.

We are using MW Tux and I know with them the guys get fitted in their city and then MW will deliver their tux'es to our hotel a few days before the wedding and then pick them back up after. I know with MW since we setup a group each one gets $20 off their rental and with 4 rentals the Grooms tux is free.

I really wish they offered more colors than just black tuxes! That's a good deal for you, groom tux free:thumbsup2

Hi Carolina! I just started reading your PJ tonight and love it so far! I kind of started at the back and just read about your planning session... everything looks so wonderful! The colors are beautiful, and your menu sounds delicious! The cake sounds so yummy! Since I'm an Escape bride I won't have a PS so am a little jealous... especially about the cake! Also congrats on finding your dress~ it sounds lovely! It's really cool that they let you make a few changes to it as well. On a side note...pirate: Did you try the passionfruit mousse? I think it would go really well with the tropical theme of my wedding but if it's not good I don't want it... what flavor cake did it taste best with? Otherwise we were thinking marble with raspberry mousse... did you try that? You said you tried almost every combination so I'm hoping you remember those...Thanks:worship: ! I have since changed the bridesmaid dresses but I think you are talking about the blue one with the silver sash. It is from Jim Hjelm and it runs around $270.

Hey girl!!! I'm sorry you have insomnia but thanks for stoping by! Ok the flip flops were in the $1 bin at target. They already came with the pearls and ribbon all I did was add the other 2 pearls in the middle to make it look like a mickey head. The pearls are from micheals and I just sewed them on.

Randy was awesome. I thought the pictures came out great considering the humidity was terrible and it rain so much Randy had to cover his camera with a towel. I know how you felt at first about your pictures but I have to say I really love yours. I looked at some of them and thought " i wish we had a picture like that" You guys look really good.

MW Tux does offer black, brown, white, and tan tuxes. I know I was given a choice when we went in to the local store. The good thing is we are doing black and you can't beat a free tux.

I sent you a link to the dress and the info for the flower girls dress.

Don't be nervous. I was so nervous and scared that I wasn't prepared or that I would forget something, or everything would move so quickly it would be a blur later. But you know it wasn't I remember every little detail and I really enjoyed my day. On occasion Ken or Laura would ask something I had not thought about we would discuss it there and I would take notes. The only thing I don't remember very well is the food. I remember it was good just not specifics. I made a chart where I could write down all the different foods and combinations and worte down my thoughts and comments. Trust me you'll be as prepared as you can be. Remember there are a lot of different possibilities that you don't even now about, they will go though everything with you. Don't worry and enjoy it.

:wave2: Welcome! Thanks for stopping by! I love new readers. Thank you so much. Yes we did try the passionfuit and while I don't remember what it tasted like I can tell you what I have written in my chart. To me it tasted like a mix of well passion fruit and mango. Our cake flavor options were: almond, chocolate, yellow, and marble. I am not a big fan of passion fruit, mangos or any of that type of fruit for that matter but I thought it tasted best with yellow. My mom on the otherhand loved it she thought the almond was competing with the flavors of the mousse, the chocolate and marble were nasty with it and the yellow waw the best. She tried to convince me to have it but I just felt it was too exotic for our group. I think it would go very well with your theme. HTH!

Sorry to hijack your Pj Carolina, but PolyBride I requested Passion Fruit Mousse to be at our Cake Tasting (DF wants to try it). My PS is in about 2 weeks, 15 days exactly! I'll let you know how it tastes. We are planning to try the yellow, chocolate, almond, & red velvet flavors for cake. My mom, dad, & DF are going so I'll share their opinions with you.:woohoo: Yay for cake!

I know you posted this a while ago but these are really great questions! I am going to use some myself if you don't mind. lol you are very creative. those flip flops are adorable!

Very true. It's just hard to cut...period. I want to stay close to the minimum but want a nice lunch, dp, open bar, beautiful cake, nice linens and chair covers, real floral with crystals, cindy's coach, etc. It's just not gonna happen. I'm bummed. I feel ya girl.

I didn't want to cut anything either. Then when the wedding got closer I started to feel the reality of how much money we are spending. So things came out. It helps when people decline to come to the wedding, that will save you money. However, that is also sad.

It is so hard to cut but it got easier when we got closer and I put things in perspective. My Beo was at almost 19k and I have it down to 13k. I cut the coach and I am trying to keep it right around the minimum for food.

I only have a little over 2k for floral and it is pretty simple but I think it will be beautiful. I have just been trying to keep what I think our guest will remember most. It's sooooo hard. Good Luck!!!

Thanks Hun! Good luck with yours. I knew mine was going to be out of control cuz at the PS I agreed to everything, and Laura has a way of making things sound so beautiful.

You did really good. I hope I can do that to mine, I am trying to stay as close to the minimum as possible. I want stuff that people will see and remember and I think back to all the other weddings I have been to and the first things that sticks out in my head is too much white: table cloths, napkins, chair covers and while it is still beautiful I like color but at $39 a table cloth maybe we'll go with white.

I didn't want to cut anything either. Then when the wedding got closer I started to feel the reality of how much money we are spending. So things came out. It helps when people decline to come to the wedding, that will save you money. However, that is also sad.

I am so sorry about people declining, you sound kinda bummed. I am still at that stage where I hope some decline, but still want to keep it over 50 so I don't lose my locations.

Thanks hun!!! I think we'll cut alot in other areas to make up for it. Maybe transportation, food and I still trying to be very creative with the bar.

Thanks Meg!! I can't wait to see how the dress looks on her!!

Thank you! I am glad they helped. Please feel free to use anything you see here.

I'll post pice of the dress as soon as it comes in. I know waht you mean I have tons of lists and tips that I collected over the past year.

So last week I took the flutes and cake knife to be engraved at Things Remebered and I picked them up today. The turned out fabulous!!! TR does this thing where they add color to the engraving. I had never seen it and it is so cool!!!!!

Hey hun. I read your floral BEO and I have a few ideas.
- Have you thought about cutting the number of flowers down? For example: 3 dozen roses, cut it to 2 dozen.
- What about using roses for your bouquet since orchids are much more expensive.
- Maybe you can cut the crystals out? Do you really need them?
- Does your reader really need a corsage?
- You said you like color but have you thought about the white standard linens and colored napkins?
- Ditch the chiavari chairs and get chair covers with a colored sash
That's all I got for now.

It all sounds so beautiful! I wouldn't want to scale back your bouquet - that's something that is going to be in so many photos, so I would keep it as it is. Could you scale back the ceremony decor any? :confused3 And the chairs maybe?

Thanks for posting that Carolina, it's good to see some actual BEO's so we can get some ideas:)
And I agree with Meg, if you don't want to cut the bouquet, maybe cut some of the decor stuff. Your bouquet sounds like it will be beautiful, such great colors and flowers you picked :goodvibes

I just got a chance to look through your floral BEO, it sounds beautiful! If you can save any money by buying something outside Disney and having someone else put it in place, I'm sure I could round up some of my bridesmaids and we could run over there to help you out. Congrats on being less than 6 months!! OMG! Time is flying!

Awww that is so sweet of you to offer Christine! Since we are in the park I was told we couldn't even bring our own centerpieces, only favors, candles that sort of thing. We're almost at 5 months, can you believe it!!!!

Yes I finally received the dreaded Budget & BEO it is almost $32,000.00  The Floral estimate is another headache, Serg thinks I'm nuts for paying $39 for table cloths!!! They seem to get you in fees $400 to deliver flowers seems outragous! I don't know what to do with all of it. I am having a call with Ken next week so we can talk through it. We'll see what happens.

I got all caught up on your PS TR!!! Loving it! :rotfl2: Mat probably thinks I'm crazy!!!

I can’t believe the ticker is now counting down to the 4 month mark!!!! CRAZY!!! I have started having wedding nightmares. You know the dress gets ruined, the grooms gone missing, Ana leaves me looking like a monster. I can’t imagine how bad the dreams will get as we get closer to the date.

The BEO was almost $32,000. So I had the most wonderful call with Ken yesterday. He gave me different options to lower the prices. The bar was about $6000 so we decided to go with BOC drinks and eliminate the signature drink. I could not imagine paying $550 for 15 kids. Insane!!! We also went through and got creative with the transportation. The cake is $1100 but I really want it and so far Serg is being nice an letting me keep it.

So for a few updates: My MOH (Cousin Jackie) is planning the bridal shower for the weekend of June 22.

She found the cutest invitations:
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/yhst-60518425199463_2046_41523186.jpg

I made some recipe cards to go in the invitations:
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSCN2782.jpg

We are going to use Cinderella slippers with M&Ms as the favors:
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/Myslipperfavor.jpg

And one of her friends will be making the cake. She sent me this pic, it’ll look something like this except in our colors and without all the little bugs.
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/ATT382575.jpg

I finally received the bags I ordered for the MOH, BM and FG

http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSCN2789.jpg

We also received the cake toper:
http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSCN2786.jpg

Serg bought me this necklace and earrings set at to wear, I am not sure if I will use them. I have to see how they look with the dress.

http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh294/camara381/DSCN2796.jpg

And lastly the platter guest book came in. It is super heavy and very durable. It looks beautiful, but I think it is going to be a little hard for a few people to write on it. It came with an engraving scribe but you have to put some pressure to be able to see the signature.

Carolina, I HAVE THE SAME NECKLACE!!!! LOL! I just don't know if I'm gonna wear it yet though, I actually purchased two different earrings & two different necklaces. One set aquamarine and one set CZ. I love the CZ Earrings, but I also love the blue necklace. I'm going to try them both on with the dress and post pics so I can see what looks better. I purchased my earrings from Sears in fine jewelry for the blue set. I got the necklace from Litman's jewelers but decided I needed longer earrings, the bottom dangly part looked too wide to me with my face so I got coordinating (they don't match perfectly, but they are the same color & are similar). That is too funny!

That is too funny Jackie!!! I can't believe you have the same one! Mine is blue topaz, my birth stone. When I showed it to my mom she nearly died - she said why blue you're not wearing anything blue! I am concerenen about the length of the earing too. They look good with my hair down but it will be up and I will have a massive tiara on. I am thinking about changing the tiara it may be too big and I am not sure I like how it looks with the dress. We'll see.

Thank you! I like the bugs to but she is doing a princess / cinderella theme and the bugs wouldn't go well.

I have received several emails requesting the BEO so here it is:
