Back To Disney... Oh Yeah, Baby!!

Hi Gang

I just wanted to share my enthusiasm!! I've been given approval to go to a conference through my work at the Gaylord Palms for a week in June by my boss!! Whoo Hooo!!! :banana: Apparently it's about 2 minutes southeast of WDW. We've also got enough SPG ponts to stay for another 6 nights at the Swan/Dolphin! Oh yeah!! :cool1:

So 5 days for a work conference, no problem and I'll learn lots. The rest of the time is dedicated to our friend DISNEY! Ahhh... almost 2 full weeks. Oh yeah, baby. :rotfl:

Conference booked... check
Dolphin booked... check
Cheap flights booked with SW... check
Planning, planning, plannning... check, check, and still checking
Told DS8 and DD4.... HECK NO!! We'll wait for the day we leave. :thumbsup2

Now the hard part is waiting for a month or so and not spilling the beans to our kids. :lmao:

Congratulations! Sounds like the perfect place for a business conference if you ask me!

The Gaylord Palms hotel is gorgeous. It is very close to Disney - on the south side of the 4 not far from DW. We go there every year for dinner at the Villa de Flora restaurant. We had dinner there a few years ago when we went to explore the GP hotel and fell in love with their buffet. Be sure to give it a try.

Have a great time! We didn't tell our kids until we were at the Buffalo airport...they thought we were taking them to Darien Lake and the look on their faces was priceless so I recommend holding out if you can!
