I'm planning on going to wdw Nov 15th-23rd. I've been hearing that Nov has the best weather to go. My friend just informed me , that its hurricane season. I did a search on the net and found this...

Hurricane season for Florida residents starts on June 1 and lasts until November 30

What are the odds hurricanes during Nov 15th-23rd or in Nov in general. I'm shocked as wdw prices are much higher. POP is $111.00 for a preffered room. What about flying from CA? Are their any aiport connections to avoid, so i dont have any weather delays?

Our last two trips to WDW were in Nov and our next trip is this Nov. We have always had awesome weather in fact we only had rain once on our first Nov trip and that last about 10 mins. You can never really predict what the weather is going to do, but knock on wood, it will be great this Nov too. :thumbsup2

I've been to Disney World during a Tropical Storm that had weakened from a hurricane. It was in June, not November. Orlando is far enough inland that it doesn't usually get a "direct hit" from Hurricanes.

We DID fly in during the hurricane :scared1: and landed in MCD without any delays or problems.

Aside from some heavy rain, the weather wasn't too bad. In fact, a lot of people stayed in the hotel rooms during the worst of the storms, which meant shorter lines for us at the parks! :lmao:

Hurricane season is not a huge concern for us when planning for WDW.

Relax, and have a good trip! :goodvibes
