i had a good week did have a bit of a wobble on sunday couldn't seem to resist the biscuits:mad: .

ive lost a 1lb, i would have liked a bit more but its a loss.

I think i need to join you need to lose almost a stone half of which has been put on since christmas :scared1: no more takeaways for me, did a healthy shop at the weekend and am dusting off the exercise bike!!

This week I'm going to take the advice that my consultant gave the class and treat this like my first week, write everything down and weigh everything.

HAHA....It's addictive, I was doing the step aerobics until 1.30am last night!! :scared1: It's the only one that I can beat my DH on! Boy do my legs feel it this morning!

Finished my first WW week on tuesday and I lost 5 pounds. :woohoo: It's very motivating for me. I know it's common to lose quite a bit the first week but if I can consistently lose one to two pounds a week I'll be very happy.

I got myself the Wii Fit yesterday and I love it. It's a long time since I did any real exercise so I was nearly on the floor panting and sweating last night. :lmao: But it's brilliant - I love the step exercises. :yay: The Yoga was tough. :scared1:

Me too. Plus hubby & I are off to stop at the Ramada at the Mailbox tonight, so that will mean a couple of bottles of wine, a nice meal and a full English brekkie tomorrow :faint:
