anyone receive a mail code?

My brother recieved one, but i have not. He did not sign up for anything but he came on my trip in our suite last year. Not sure how he ever got a mail coupon.

Are the codes available for immediate family members or just the name on the code?

I haven't received the code myself but all codes - whether by email or mail - are for the use of the person they are sent to and noone else. Sometimes there could be a code attached to your name that you aren't aware of - call Disney reservations and find out!

You can call CRO and ask if there is a code attached to your name but other than that there is nothing you can do. Marketing handles sending out codes and I have no idea how this is determined because I have been to WDW many times, ordered a planning video and am registered with Disney.com and I have never received one:sad1: I would love a 40% code because I would stay somewhere that I normally would not!

Just called, and they said no code but CM told me that if i did not get email or pin code, then there would be nothing attached to my phone # :confused3
