Masters Chef Menu on 4 Day Cruise?

I've been reading the menus on Barb's site and was wondering what night do they they offer the Master Chef Series menu on the 4 night cruise? I'm trying to get an idea of what night we should eat at Palo's. I like the menu in the Master Chef Series and I don't think I would like to dine at Palo's on this night. Thanks!
