What's the latest with Pop Centry?

Had a guest at TDS who said her sister recently got a postcard to stay at Pop Century. She insisted the resort is now open due to the increase in attendance. No one at the store had heard this. Has anyone here? I certainly don't want to give out wrong info.
I tried doing a search but could not get it to work.

We drove by the other day...whats done is adorable...but it is far from finished...lots of dirt and unfinished buildings.

According to the Disney magazine I got yesterday, its still delayed.
I was booked for July, but got called a while back to switch because they would not be open by then.

Thanks for the info. That's what I tried to tell her but.... I certainly wasn't going to start an argument with her and that's where she was headed.

I was there in Feb. and asked about it. A Bus driver told me it would not open until Dec. of this year, or early next year!:(

I called today and was told that it will not open until 2003

My dh spoke to a woman in charge of hiring or training bus drivers about a week ago and she said that they would be hiring more drivers in August for the upcoming opening of POP Century, so it must be coming up.
