I have a question about webcertificates.

If I turn in some points from mypoints, I get a virtual credit card that I can use to shop pretty much anywhere, right?

Well, If I cash in more points, will it just be added onto my existing account, or will another one be created for me.

I guess to be more specific . .

If I cash out to have $25 Webcertificates, then cash out for another $10, will I have an account that will have $35 or will I have two with $25 in one and $10 in another?

Thank you in advance.

This is a question that gets asked a lot around here. There's a lot of confusion because the account is called webcertificate. It isn't a certificate at all but a prepaid mastercard account. When you redeem for a webbie, you'll get an email with a link. You click on the link, and it will take you to the webcertificate.com webpage. From there, you enter the amount into your account.

So in your example, your account will have $35 in it.

I cashed out at mypoints for a $25 webbie, my husband cashed his out a few weeks later, but used my account to claim his $25 (just entered in my email and password when he got the email from webcertificates), so we had one account with $50 in it. Anyone else done this?

It's the only way to build up an account. It doesn't matter to webcertificate or to the reward program you redeem from, into which account the webbie is deposited.

Works out great!
