How far in advance...

We would like to go to WDW in 2003 (May or Aug.). We'd like to pay it off little by little. But is it too early to make reservations for then? When I go to check rates for then on this site or the official Disney site, it's not possible to reserve for 2003. I remember when you HAD to reserve really far in advance, but now it seems to be discouraged. Has anyone ever reserved this far in advance?

You can reserve your room now. Since the actual price is not yet known, you'll be charged the deposit based on current rates. You are correct that you cannot do this on-line. You'll have to call the CRO.

We have already made ressies for May 03 for ten days at CR. The way I look at it I am sure to get a deal or a code so this is the worst case scenario for what we owe for our resort stay.
