just called today to check my room reservation and disney didnt have anything right . wrong address, wrong phone #, and worst of all they had the right email but marked do not mail or email. so I have been waiting ,after ordering every possible thing for a code and that would be the reason why I didnt ever get one. They even deleted my kids off the reservation somehow, and didnt have me attatched to my grand gathering. They should send me a discount to help me pay my cell phone bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!:scared1: anyway only about 6 weeks till we arrive at wdw:dance3:

I had also called about reservations 2 months ago and found I was on the
do not mail or email list and do not know how this happened and was very
surprised. The CM told me she would change it and hopefully it is right now!

extreemly nice cm worked for 45 minutes and was verry careful to make sure everything was right. I made sure i took the survay at rhe end to give her good feedback!!!

You might want to call back and verify that the changes did in fact take effect. I have been trying to get CRO to get my phone number changed for about 3 months now. Each time I call to change dates, inquire about a pin, make ADR's, or whatever their system has somehow reverted back to my old phone number and so I go through motions each time, give them my correct number and then next time I call or try to look up my ressie online low and behold the number is still wrong. I just looked at my ressie online yesterday and it was actually under the correct number so maybe it will stick this time (fingers crossed).
