Phone cards are often referred to as being a favorite way to say thanks on this board. Today I came across this site:

By clicking on the "rates" button you can see how many minutes the card will actually be worth both nationally and internationally. Also, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the rates chart and see the additional fees. Interesting information.
