If we were to hustle(not a mad dash)off the Magic:( Get our car which will be parked at the Radisson at the Port, and drive straight to WDW what time do you think we could make it there by?

It should take less than an hour to get there. A couple of cruises ago, we took our sweet time in disembarking and got there around 10 a.m. We took Happy Limo, so we were able to leave immediately. It will be the same for you, since you are driving. If you leave as soon as disembarkation begins, you will be able to get there REALLY early.

I agree. We were amazed at how easily the disembarkation went, given the customs procedure, etc. Plus, we were there less than a month after Sept. 11th, and it was still a breeze!
Had we driven to WDW (instead of the airport :( ) we could have been there by 9:30 AM, 10 AM easy.

The only problem you may encounter is the number of people waiting for the shuttles back to the Radisson. We needed the shuttle back to Avis and there were about 30-40 people also waiting for the Avis or Radisson shuttles. The van only seats 8 (maybe 10) and it was a free for all trying to get into the van before everyone else. Even with that and having to wait at Avis to get our rental (which took forever) we were at WDW by 11am.

When we got out of the terminal my daughters and myself stayed at the terminal with our luggage enabling my husband to jump on a van unencumbered! He was back with the car in less than 15 minutes! We were at Disney by 10 a.m.

It took us around an hour from terminal to Animal Kingdom Lodge.
