We are going to the Fort next spring and extended family will be staying with us. I don't mind them staying and look forward to the trip. But here is my problem, I have a BIL that I would not trust as far as I can throw him when it comes to money. The part that worries me the most is that we will be using our Credit Card to pay for the site. I really don't won't to give the ability to charge things to our card using his key. Is there a way to keep this from happening? :confused3

Yes, you can adding charging privileges to any, all or none of the room keys.
The really nice thing that I like about having charging, at least on mine and my DWs key is that I get a nice detailed list of everything I purchased while in the World.

Absolutely you can tell them what cards have charging priviledges and those that don't. We never put the sons on the charge end of their cards.

Thanks everyone, for the fast response. I will definitely not let him have charging privileges. I'm glad to know that my DH and I can control that.
