Anyone with any info on the Quality Inn World Center?

I have a friend who's grandparents are taking her and her kids for a very short trip to WDW. The grandparents got a good rate at this resort: The Quality Inn at Lake Cecil World Center. Does anyone here know anything about it?

Is it clean? Decent? How's the pool?

Any info would be appreciated.
