One week ago today I was supposed to have had my final surgical procedure ending a 14 month battle with rectal cancer. That has been postponed three months but I need to start my 'new' life now- not wait until it is all 'behind me.'
We were supposed to go on our yearly Holiday trip to WDW last Dec 9, four weeks after finishing chemo, but instead i went into the hospital on the 7th and got out on the 11th. Chemo had its own plans i guess. We are planning on trying again this year- Dec 1-6.
My goals- I have decided it is ok to be some over weight- i lost 55 lbs during treatment. I have put 25 of those back on.
1) I would still like to lose 40 over the long term.
2) More importantly-:tinker: :tinker: I NEED to eat healthy-
3) I need to get fit.
