My DD really wants to try the simple row of braids (I don't know the term), and I'm wondering if the salon at CSR does them. I know you can get it done @ YC, but is there any other salon on property that does it, too? Thanks!;)
How much do they charge for this?

"corn roll"? I never knew that. I also thought it was "corn row". My daughter loves her hair "corn rolled" from the front to the top of her head and smaller loose braids from there down. It's looks great that way and hangs better than having it corn rolled all the way. But, it would cost a fortune to have it done in DW. She only gets that treat in Jamaica. Anyway, thanks for the correction.

I called the Yacht Club's Periwig's salon to inquire about this, and to get simply a "crown" -top part only braided- it costs $45.

I know they have a station set up at the Dig Site to do the hair braiding thing.

My 17 yr DS just had his hair "corn rowed" tonight at our home by his friend a classmate who is a woman of color. I asked her, if it is "corn rowed" or "corn rolled". She said it is "corn rowed", since they are rows. So that is what African Americans call it, it is different for people in the Carribean?

Just because one black person says you call them "corn rowed" does not mean you can't call them "corn rolled". Any ways it could go either way when you think about it.:D
P.S- I am not from the Carribean
