For any of you going , we are justback after 2 weeks hols, taxi fares were as follows

DTD TO PRIME (used to be known as Beltz outlet, completely changed now
$30

ASMO TO SEAWORLD $28

ASMO TO CELEBRATION $18

DTD TO PREMIUM OUTLETS $14

We found if we were not in a hurry and going anywhere north, it was worth catching disney bus to DTD and getting cabfrom there, saved about $10 a trip

My wife has always wanted to go, anything Disney she`s there, i wasn`t keen
on going, but ended up going twice !!!!!!
The taxi driver said " where do you want to go "
wife " Celebration "
taxi driver " why? "
not a good start in my book
we didn`t have an address so just asked for the main street,it is literaly
100 yards long, 10 shops either side (expensive ).this opens up
to a nice lake/pond area with wooden rocking chairs. there is a chocolate shop/starbucks a few restaurants.
We just got a hot chocolate/cinemmon roll and chilled out, it was very quite
we spent 2 hours there, a nice change from the manic parks.
Why did i go back ?
In a shop window was an advert for an exotic car show 2 days later.
2 days later i was there, the streets were packed with ferraris, bugatis
lambos. kitt from knight rider, back to the future Delorean
Darth vader, r2d2, cp30,stormtroopers, my son and i were well chuffed
thanks to the wife.
I will post some pictures if i can work out how to
SO if you want a couple of hours break in a relaxed place i would
recommend it, if you want another DTD don`t go.

The Universal outlet is now in Festival Bay.
The new Disney Outlet at Prime Outlet is probably the best there now.

We always goto Celebration for a couple of hours every trip. Oct they do "Leaves are falling" Xmas they do "Snow fall" artificial leaves and snow, lots of stalls and events, great place.

Its the town that Disney built(since sold off) built to show the ideal way of American town living, what a town should be like.
We love to go late afternoon, DS has spent hours playing in the fountain. Then take a Pizza from the take away. They are massive for about $16.
Will post some pics when I find them
