Written Confirmation?

I booked our September trip on April 5th but I have not received any sort of written confirmation from Disney. I got an email the day I booked, but will I not receive some sort of letter in the mail with details or anything? Does Disney send out any mail? TIA!

2 years ago we got a mailed written confirmation - but last year we only got the email version. I'm not sure if you'll get anything more right now. If you paid only a portion of the cost, then you will get an updated invoice sooner or later. If you paid it in full, you might not receive anything until closer to the trip time...especially if you are going to be using Magical Express, then you will receive your luggage tags. Once our trips were paid in full, we received additional stuff in the mail.

I wondered the same thing. I called to make a change and the cm said she would email confirmation of this change. I asked her to mail it as well and that was not a problem. I did ask how they usually do this and she said they only mail paper confirmation if they have no email or are asked to. I am sure they are trying to save $ w/the postage...or maybe they are trying to be more green.

I booked on line in Feb. for May and got a confirmation in the mail within a week then all the Magical Express stuff about a month ago and all the vouchers (hotel etc.) about 2 weeks ago.

Vouchers are sent out 45 days from your arrival date. DME tags are sent out anywhere from 45 days up to 2 weeks from arrival
