But instead of throwing it all out, I cut out the Darth Maul (sp?) and Yoda characters and put them on the back of the shirt. They look like they are battleing as I crossed their lightsabers. I put them really high on the back just below the neck. I think my mistake ended up making a great shirt into a fantastic one! I think this might be my favorite one!!

I always use dark transfer paper just because I like it more- I think it holds up better. There isn't much white- but the clouds and the beard would be blue no? because white on the white transfer is just clear so shirt color shows.

I do not know how dull is dull -

I know that with transfers sometimes the colors look more dull and then when you iron them on the colors "pop" but I am not sure if this is your case or not.

If you print the image to regular paper, does it look normal? If so, I know it's a risk, but I would try ironing the design on and test it out. I know that in doing this you may waste a tshirt but if it prints well on paper, I would think it is probably fine. Did any of that seem to make sense?

Please let me know how it turns out if you iron it on.

and the Indiana Jones one is called "Adventure" and then I added the color so it looked more "Indy"

Amy ~ I just wanted to thank you yet again for your fabulous Indiana Jones design! The birthday tshirts were a HUGE hit. On such short notice, I could only find dark green shirts for the boys. I worried it would be too dark but I was impressed at how the design really popped against the green. BTW, I also used the design to make CD covers and tags for the party favor bags. Once my post count gets higher, I'll post pics.

On a side note, DH liked the shirts so much (he helped finish make them last night) that he is all set to make bunches of shirts for our August trip. Looks like I'll be making lots of visits to the DISign board!

Amy- These are so perfect!! DH's seen me gathering (and now attempting) to make ones for my boys to wear on our trips and for my son's birthday party. DS3 screamed "that's Daddy's games!!!!" as soon as he saw these! Mind you DS3 has no clue who they are but he knows that's what Daddy does when he's napping or in bed for the night! :rotfl: DH came over to see what he was looking at and commented something about how come I couldn't learn to do cool things like this instead of more Cars and Princesses? :confused3 You'll make his trip with these shirts! (Of course, I'm not letting him see them until we get there!!!)

Is it possible to get these with the name Dan? Sadly my 30 year old DH is the one addicted to the game!!! :rotfl2:
