Hi Gang
I've booked the Holiday Inn Express for $179 the night before our trip for June. However after discussing with DW we are thinking we really don't need a hotel with a pool since we don't want to carry our wet suits in our luggage and on the plane. We're thinking we can save a bit too.
Anyway... have any of you stayed at the Sleep Inn? The prices seem good plus it includes complementary cont. breakfast (which is fine with us).
Thanks
Andy
I just booked it for May but haven't been yet. I got a rate of 134 for a King bed with sofa pull out.
I can't believe how much Park and flys in Buffalo have gone up. We used to be able to get 80-100 rates. I feel lucky now to have gotten something for under 150!

I have stayed there probably 4 or 5 times and have had no problems. Actually alot of Pilots and flight attendents stay there, we always get a early flight and they are waiting to get the shuttle with us in the morning.
Rooms are nothing special but clean and it is alot cheaper then the Holiday Inn Express...we have stayed there just once before we found Sleep Inn. Breaky is good and hot in the morning.
See no reason to spend alot extra, stay at Sleep Inn I don't think you will be disappointed.

We stay all the time. There is no pool, only hot tub.
The Sleep Inn at Boulevard Mall only take pilots and stewards to the airport.

We stay at the one on Holtz Rd and there is always Pilots and Attendants waiting for a shuttle in the AM. Not sure from what airline, never really looked but they are diffently there.

We usually stay at the Sleep Inn on Holtz Rd and have found it adequate for the one night.
DH prefers to park at Long-Term A over at the airport because he thinks it quicker to catch a shuttle when returning home, but I'm pretty sure when using the Sleep Inn's park and fly, their shuttle follows you over to their long stay lot to park your car and then brings you back to the hotel.

I just read somewhere that the Sleep Inn only has stand up showers in the bathroom. Do they not have bathtubs??

We stayed there 2 years ago and it was fine. I just called them for our upcoming trip in December and was quoted $123 for room for 1 night and park n' fly. A lot cheaper than Holiday Inn of $180+.

We wore our old bathing suits in the pool in buffalo. We left them damp in the Van in the parking lot while we took our good newer ones to Disney. But I do confess I collect bathing suits the way some people collect shoes.
