Signups are open until Saturday 26th April and Mail out no later than Monday 5th May

In an envelope. It's the safest and most reilable way to send them.

It's a minimum of 3 postcards to an envelope. One envelope equals one exchange.

So, I have set a maximum of 3 envelopes/exchanges per person, but for every envelope there needs to be at least 3 postcards inside.
